On August 16, a Lucky Draw will be held and the winner’s name announced.
Terms & Conditions
Under the scheme period, customer can win a new Mahindra Xylo (E4 variant) car on the basis of a lucky draw.
Only the ex-showroom cost of the Mahindra Xylo (E4 variant) will be borne by the company. All other expenses including but not limited to RTO registration, insurance charges, octroi, if any, transportation, if any, income tax, gift tax, levies or other taxes, if any, etc. will be borne by the winner.
Employees of Mahindra & Mahindra and their relatives; employees of Yatra and their relatives are not eligible to participate in this scheme.
Winners will also be announced on website www.mahindraxylo.co.in & www.yatra.com
The Winner will need to pay the applicable taxes within 2 months from the date of announcement of the winner to claim the prize. Failure to do so will result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize (Mahindra Xylo E4 variant).
Mahindra & Mahindra reserve the unconditional right to refuse an individual to avail the offer in event of unreasonable behavior at any time or any other reason whatsoever.
The prize (Mahindra Xylo) is non-transferable, non–substitutable.
The Companies reserve the right to check winner’s identity proof for their authenticity and reject them if not found genuine.
