  Book any travel product on Yatra.com
  Submit your slogan and enter the Grand Prize Lucky Draw.
  On August 16, a Lucky Draw will be held and the winner’s name announced.

Terms & Conditions

  This offer is open and valid only for:
a. Citizens of India, permanently residing in India;
b. Who has at-least completed one part of his/her travel before August 15,and
c. Who has submitted his/her “slogan”.
  The winner’s name will be picked by a lucky draw on September 16, 2010.
  The lucky draw process will be transparent and audited by an independent third party.
  For the house, the winner will have to pay only the applicable registration and stamp duty, while the price of the house will be provided free. It is clarified that:
a. “house” shall mean and imply a 2BHK flat/apartment/house, not exceeding 2000 square feet built-up area, in any part of the city of your residence (within municipal limits).
b. “price” shall mean and include the basic price of the house on a built-up area basis, but shall not include other payments like maintenance deposits, car-parking charges, society charges, external developmental charges, preferential location charges, club membership, etc. (as may be applicable)
c. Income tax, gift tax, levies or other taxes, if any, etc. will be borne by the winner..
 Employees of Reliance Consumer Finance & their relatives; employees of Yatra and their relatives are not eligible to participate in this scheme.
  Winner will be announced on website www.yatra.com.
  The house shall be non-transferable and non–substitutable, unless the winner is a minor below the age of 18. In the event of the winner being a minor, the house shall be registered in the name of either parent (as may be nominated by the winner).
  In the event the house is not able to be identified or gifted to the winner within sixty (60) days of the announcement of the winner, then the Companies reserve the right to offer a cash prize of an amount of Rs. 40 lakhs in lieu of the same, without any additional liability.
   The Companies reserve the right to check winner’s identity proof for their authenticity and reject them if not found genuine.
   All promotional materials, including details on how to enter and claim prizes are part of these Terms and Conditions
