  Book any travel product on Yatra.com
  Submit your slogan and enter the Grand Prize Lucky Draw.
  On August 16, a Lucky Draw will be held and the winner’s name announced.

Terms & Conditions

  This offer is open and valid only for:
a.   citizens of India, permanently residing in India;
b.   who has at-least completed one part of his/her travel before August 15, and
c.   who has submitted his/her “slogan”
  The winner’s name will be picked by a lucky draw on August 16, 2010.
  The lucky draw process will be transparent and audited by an independent third party.
  It is clarified that:
a.   “car” shall mean and imply a standard sized, mid-segment sedan of any brand or make, not exceeding a value of Rs.5 lakhs.
b.   “price” shall mean the ex-showroom basic price of the car and not the “on-road” price and specifically excludes all taxes, registration costs, insurance, octroi, levies,    etc. (as may be applicable).
c.   Income tax, gift tax, levies or other taxes, if any, etc. will be borne by the winner
  Winners will also be announced on website www.yatra.com.
  The prize (apartment) is non-transferable, non–substitutable unless the winner is a minor below the age of 18. In the event of the winner being a minor, the car shall be registered in the name of either parent (as may be nominated by the winner).
In the event the car is not able to be gifted to the winner within sixty (60) days of the announcement of the winner, then the Companies reserve the right to offer a cash    prize of an amount of Rs. 5 lakhs in lieu of the same, without any additional liability.
  The Companies reserve the right to check winner’s identity proof for their authenticity and reject them if not found genuine.
  All promotional materials, including details on how to enter and claim prizes are part of these Terms and Conditions of Entry to this Offer
