Gold Coast: is a visitor’s wonderland. It is renowned worldwide for its 70km-coastline of seemingly never-ending beaches, pristine rainforests and relaxed lifestyle. Cosmopolitan and glamorous, the Gold Coast offers all the excitement and facilities of an international resort that includes a casino.

Day 1: Sydney
On arrival at Sydney Kingsford – Smith International Airport early morning, we suggest you make your way to the exit gate for your transfer to hotel in the city center. Distance from Sydney airport to Sydney City Center is just 10km.
Standard check - In time at most of the Hotels is 1400Hrs. Early check is subject to availability of rooms and at hotels discretion. To overcome jet lag we suggest rest of the day at leisure.
This evening we suggest an optional – Sydney Show Boat Dinner Cruise. You need to proceed to King Street Wharf, Darling Harbour to join the cruise. Boarding time is 7pm cruise begins at 7.30pm returns back at 10 pm. ongoing show these days on cruise is “Voyage of Love” - Sensational theatre cabaret featuring professional Australian Show girls in their glamorous costumes and much more to entertain. Return back to your hotel. Stay overnight at Sydney.
Day 2: Sydney
After breakfast, get ready for your Half day city tour of Sydney. You will be picked up from your hotel between 8 – 8.15 am including Harbour Bridge, Opera House other attractions. Your will be dropped off at Bondi Beach. You can indulge into various Water Sports activities or enjoy a contemporary exhibition on sculptures on the beach.
Looking for some adventure? Then don’t miss the experience of climbing the Harbour Bridge – It takes you along catwalks, up ladders, and steadily to the summit of the Sydney Harbour Bridge. The satisfaction of conquering the upper arch of the Bridge while taking in city surrounds, the World Heritage Site – Sydney opera house, the harbour and the bridge itself beneath your feet.
If not then buy a 3-in1 pass to enjoy entry to premier attractions of Sydney - Sydney Aquarium – Australia’s No:1 tourist attraction, Unlimited rides on the monorail between the attractions, Sydney Tower – The highest point in the city and Sky tour. Evening can be spent at the Harbour or at Star City Casino –a five star complex with a casino, restaurants, bars entertainment venues. Stay overnight at Sydney.
Day 3: Sydney – Blue Mountains
After breakfast, get ready for a Full Day Trip to Blue Mountains with Jenolan Caves. 90min drive from Sydney. This is a guided tour your pick up drop will be from Hotel. Key highlights of the tour would be:
  • Enjoying magnificent views of Jamieson Valley, Australias Grand Canyon
  • Photographing the spectacular Three Sisters
  • The option to ride the Scenic Railway (the worlds steepest incline railway) to the rainforest boardwalk or the Scenic Skyway (Australias only horizontal passenger-carrying cable car) for views of the Three Sisters

    Day 4: Sydney – Gold Coast
    After breakfast finish your check out formalities at Sydney airport and get ready for your transfer to airport. On arrival at Brisbane Airport, make your way to the exit gate your transfer will be waiting to drop you at your hotel. Check into Hotel relax.
    This evening we suggest a visit to Q1 Resort to enjoy a 360 degree view of the entire Gold Coast from Q Deck located on 78th Floor. You can enjoy views from Brisbane to the Byron bay -Hinterland. An express lift will take you to the last level in just 42.7 seconds. Stay overnight at Gold Coast.
    Day 5: Gold Coast
    Gold Coast is known for its Theme Parks worldwide. After breakfast, you will be picked up from your hotel for transfer to any one of below theme parks.
    Sea World, located north of Surfers Paradise at The Spit on Main Beach, is Australia’s biggest marine park. It features sharks, dolphins, sea lions and other marine creatures. You can even swim with the Dolphins or snorkel with sharks at Shark Bay. It also has fun rides and water park. Open daily from 10am to 5pm.
    Warner Bros. Movie World (at Pacific Highway Oxen ford) has a range of thrilling rides - including Superman Escape, which is set to open this December, a working studio, sets from famous movies and daily shows in the streets. Open daily from 10am to 5pm.
    Wet n Wild Water World, located next to Warner Bros. Movie World, is Australias premier water park. A fun-filled, action-packed water world full of adventure, excitement and fun, visitors love the thrills of the Super 8 Aqua Racer, Tornado, Mach 5 and other water slides. Laze down the river at Calypso Beach fun for all the family.
    You will be dropped back to your hotel for an overnight stay at your Gold Coast Hotel.
    Day 6: Gold Coast
    Breakfast at hotel. Full day is free to leisure or you can take an optional tour of any Theme park ( Movie World/ Dream World ) or you spend your day on your own. Overnight at hotel in Gold Coast.
    Day 7: Gold Coast
    You can either end your journey here return back to India or you can opt for various add on trips to explore more of Australia.

    • Booking Policy–
    • Non refundable booking deposit of INR 5, 000/- per person is required at time of making booking along with duly signed booking form. (INR 10,000 in case of Europe, USA Australia / New Zealand Packages)
    • 50 of package cost required prior to visa processing.
    • Balance amount to be paid within 24 hours of receiving Final Tour Confirmation.
    • In case of cash payment of INR 25000/- or above, the Pan card copy of the client is required.


    • Change Your Holiday Plan
      After confirmation of services, if any one wish to change your travel arrangements in any way, for example your chosen departure date or accommodation, we will do our utmost to make these changes but it may not always be possible. Any request for changes to be made must be in writing from the person who made the booking. All cost incurred due to amendment will be borne by yourself. .

      If You Cancel Your HolidayYou, or any member of your party, may cancel their travel arrangements at any time. Written notification or an e-mail to that effect from the person who made the booking must be received at our offices. The applicable cancellation charges are as per the published cancellation policy which is:

      Cancellation charges per person
    • 30 days or more prior to the departure of the Holiday or for non-payment of the Balance amount RS. 10,000/-.
    • 30 to 15 days prior to the departure of the Holiday 50 percent of the Holiday cost.
    • 14 to 07 days prior to the departure of the Holiday 75 percent of the Holiday cost.
    • 07 to 01 days prior to the departure of the Holiday 100 of the Holiday cost.
    • In case of no show: 100 percent of Holiday cost.
    • The above may vary based on any specific cancellation charges as charged by the third party service provider

      If We Change or Cancel Your Holiday
    • It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your travel arrangements, but we do plan the arrangements in advance. Occasionally, we may have to make changes and we reserve the right to do so at any time. CHANGE We will advise you of them at the earliest possible date. We also reserve the right in any circumstances to cancel your travel arrangements by assigning reasons to you.
    • If we are unable to provide the booked travel arrangements, our liability in all cases shall be limited to the costs of your travel arrangements.
    • Any changes to the actual airline after you have received your tickets will be notified to you as soon as possible and in all cases at check-in or at the boarding gate. Such a change is deemed to be a minor change. Other examples of minor changes include alteration of your outward/return flights by less than 12 hours, changes to aircraft type, change of accommodation to another of the same standard.


    • If You Have a Complaint
      If you have a problem during your holiday, PLEASE INFORM THE RELEVANT SUPPLIER, (e.g. your hotelier) and/or our representative IMMEDIATELY who will endeavor to put things right. If your complaint is not resolved locally, please follow this up within 28 days of your return home by writing to us, giving your booking reference and all other relevant information. However, please be advised that while we are happy to assist you in your redressal of your complaint, if any, we will be able to extend only our best efforts in managing/coordinating your complaint with the respective service provider. All third party service providers are independent contractors who at no time are under our control or supervision

      Our Liability to You
    • We accept responsibility for ensuring that your travel arrangements, which you book with us, are supplied as represented and promised to you. If any parts of your travel arrangements are not provided as promised, due to the fault of our employees, agents, we will pay you appropriate compensation if this has affected the enjoyment of your travel arrangements. Our liability in all cases shall be limited to the costs of your travel arrangements.
    • We do not accept any responsibility for any third party services or service providers, like hotels, airlines, etc. For example, travel delays are the responsibility of the air-carriers and inefficient hospitality is the responsibility of the hotels.
    • We are only your tour operator and at no time do we act as managers for your respective responsibilities and personal obligations. We are therefore not responsible for your acts, misdemeanor, omissions and neither are we responsible for managing any of your personal affairs; for example, we are not responsible for ensuring the safety of your personal belongings, travel documents, etc. at any time before the commencement of the tour or after it or during the tour.


    • Holiday Insurance
      - It will be your responsibility to purchase any sort of holiday insurance cover and we are not responsible for the same.

      Exactness Not Guaranteed
      - We cannot and do not guarantee the exactness of any service that may be provided to you. For instance, photographs of the interiors of the hotel rooms posted on our website have been sourced from the respective Hotel management the visual appeal of a room selected by you cannot and is not guaranteed by us. Similarly, while we assure you of enjoyable holidays, we cannot and do not guarantee or represent that such tour will be as per your mental perception, imagination or thought about such tours.

      General Important Notes
    • Package cost is calculated on lowest class Air Fare. Airline seat confirmation is subject to availability at time of booking. Any increase in air fare or air port taxes has to be borne by the client.
    • Any Itinerary posted on the website is a only a proposed holiday outline. We are not holding any confirmed hotel reservations for your travel .The same is subject to availability at the time of booking. The quotation might changes based on actual availability of the service.
    • Incase there is any change in price the same will be communicated to yourself and only after your confirmation, we will proceed further. There will be no reduction for un-utilized services.
    • Surcharges may be applicable over and above the holiday price for the requested period. The same will be advised at the time of booking or prior to confirmations.
    • You need to make an advance payment at the time of confirming the tour and make the balance payment 30 days prior to the departure of the tour

    • Please be advised that these are the sole and complete terms and conditions governing the tour operations, supplemented only by the User Agreement. No employees of our Company or our agents have the authority to amend, modify or change these conditions, and you are advised to rely on the terms “as is”. Yatra reserves the right to change or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.


    • Seat in Coach Basis
    • Means that a comfortable Van / Coach will be provided to you depending upon total no of arrivals. Please note we will be clubbing passengers arriving around similar time and dropping at various hotels. It is possible that you might have to wait for other passengers to arrive and your hotel may not be the first one for the drop off. The same holds true for departure transfers and other sightseeing tours as well. Incase you feel this would be of any inconvenience to you then we recommend that you book a private vehicle at a supplement cost.


    • Travel Documents And Clearances
    • It shall be solely the your responsibility to hold valid travel documents and statutory clearances, to enable you to travel on the Tour such as passports, visas, confirmed air-tickets, insurance and medical insurance certificates and other statutory certificates including immigration clearance. In any case, your Passport must be valid for at least six months subsequent to the scheduled departure date of the tour.
    • As granting or rejecting visas and immigration clearance is the sole prerogative of the concerned sovereign governments, the Operator shall neither be responsible in case of non-granting of such documents nor liable for any delay, denial or other related act/omission or for any loss, expense, damage or cost resulting there from. The position in respect of cancellation of Tour by Client due to non-availability of travel documents would not change only by virtue of the Client having applied for such documents through the Operator. Even if visas are rejected, the stipulated fees of the Operator shall be payable by the Client. There will be no refund to the Client, or any member of his party, is unable to travel due to the said reasons. In such cases, the non-refundable deposit paid by the clients shall be forfeited and no claim whatsoever shall be made for the same.
    • In the event that a client is unable to travel on the tour originally booked by him/her, due to rejection of visas by the concerned embassy, the said client shall have the option to postpone his/her tour to any other future date or transfer his tour to any other tour and in such case the transfer fee for the transfer of the tour shall apply. However, if the client books and pays within the cancellation period and is unable to travel due to any reason whatsoever including non-availability of visas or any travel documents, the cancellation policy will apply.


    • Forfeiture Of Deposits
    • The Company shall be within its rights to forfeit the non- refundable interest free deposit paid by the client to the company along with the prescribed booking form duly completed for the tour booked by the client. In the event the client cancels the booking or on failure on the part of the Client to adhere to the tour payment schedule as informed in the documentation Check List or in the event the visa of any country is not granted or is unable to travel on the tour booked by the client due to any reason whatsoever, including medical ground or sickness, the non refundable interest free deposits shall stand forfeited, and the scale of cancellation setout in the How To Book section of the brochure shall be applicable and binding
    Child Policy
    • 02 Adults 01 Child is suggested in a standard room. If a family with 02 adults 02 Child would suggest to take either 02 inter connecting rooms or higher category rooms.
