However, there was no car at the airport at the requested time. Only on calling Yatra I was told that the car had a flat tire. What sort of tie-ups does Yatra have with car companies that they do not have a replacement car? What answer does one give a Boss? It is not the refund that I am looking for. Do you know the inconvenience you have caused not only to my Boss but to me too? My job is on the line. Yatra had no idea that there was no car until my phone call. That shows how professionalised Yatra is. I will definitely NOT DO ANY FURTHER bookings on Yatra and I do not recommend this site to anyone.
