    yatra runs a promotion that you book airticket through yatra and get barclay card free,but till now i have not recieved ,when all verification has been done .when i call up yatra they say call up barclay and when i call up barclay they say pls get in touch with yatra.if yatra is not sure that the member will be getting the card or not ,they should not advertise this .i booked my ticket on 26 jun 08 ,on that day there was a price difference of around 50 to 100/- between ezeego .com and yatra .com on that particular flight of kingfisher from kolkatta to mumbai .inspite of the difference i booked it through yatra hoping that by getting the card , i will be using in in futre to book tickets through yatra.
    bit unhappy with the service ….

    Even I haven’t received Yatra Barclay’s Card yet. Its been about 40-50 days when I received a call regarding the card. All verifications have already been done, but still I haven’t received the card. I was planning to make a group booking through this card. But I guess now I’ll have to book from somewhere else as the fairs is coming cheaper there.

    I seriously doubt the offer of Yatra Barclay’s Card. Even after all the process and credit check i was not offered the card, mean while i am booking air tickets through ABN AMRO
    MakeMyTrip GO Card which was offered to me recently. It’s a shame to the concerned people of yatra.com who give false offers just to run their business.

    Hi

    I booked two tickets for Delhi- london-Delhi through Qatar airways in first week of August through ICICI net banking and i was promised that i will get cashback of 4000Rs within 30 days.

    After that, I called 3 times from london asking about it . Everytime, the customer service personnel says that it has passed to the finance department and you will get it in this week.

    I am just wasting my time and money making calls to India to YATRA but no luck so far.
    I beleive i have already wasted 10-15 pounds on just making calls to India.

    Had this happened in UK, i would have sued that company.

    I dont know how much time they will be going to take to honour the promised cashback.

    I am reachable through mail. I am seriously thinking of whether i should recommend Yatra to my other friends or not in future.

    Your site has too many colors. They hurt the eyes. Banners, advertising, too much text. Compare the same with any international portal…It does not look professional. You are deviating from your main line of business. One thing good is the Yatra Barclaycard which is to retain the customer so that the customer has to come back to your site to transact. And 10% cash Back now that’s a strong offer to retain the customer.

    We have traced your booking to the 2nd of August. Super PNR number for your booking was OBM02OE. You would have been entitled to the cashback of Rs.4000 under the ICICI netbanking cashback scheme. But unfortunately this offer expired on the 31st of July,08. So you would not be entitled to the cashback in this case.

I hope u ppl are not misusing my personel info which I have provided you. Its a serious concern if these through this method u are just collecting our personal info.

    I dont trust Yatra anymore… I had booked my honeymoon package through yatra in may… it was so very bad and disgusting… they dont write anything that is true about the place.. after that also i had sent mails repeatedly complaining the same, but to no replies….
    It was such a terrible experience… Yatra is definitely not the best thing happening to ones life…

    what ever the flieghts displying at yatra ,are very high prices flieghts only,no spicejet,no jetlite etc… i found only deccan economy …..if they could provide for all flieghts that would be greatful…

    I especially booked my flight tickets on yatra (as against on the jetairways website) as it mentioned 10% off if paying on Mastercard or Yatra Barclays Card.

    I booked n paid via Mastercard and the text suddenly changed to ” Congrats you have 10% off on a hotel booking!” Was quite disappointing! I felt a little cheated!

    I had done a car booking for my Boss and received a confirmation from Yatra. However, there was no car at the airport at the requested time. Only on calling Yatra I was told that the car had a flat tire. What sort of tie-ups does Yatra have with car companies that they do not have a replacement car? What answer does one give a Boss? It is not the refund that I am looking for. Do you know the inconvenience you have caused not only to my Boss but to me too? My job is on the line. Yatra had no idea that there was no car until my phone call. That shows how professionalised Yatra is. I will definitely NOT DO ANY FURTHER bookings on Yatra and I do not recommend this site to anyone.
