I had traveled on a similar offer on an international package, four months back through yatra and still not received the cash back inspite of a frequent follow ups.

Air Fairs quoted are not clear. Are they one way rates or both ways? Do they include taxes & other surcharges? I would like to know the tota return fare for destinations like Singapore & Bangkok.
