Thanks for sorting out problem of cash back for my wife Helen. However my ticket cash back is not processed inspite of more than 8 weeks passed from purchase. my booking reference is OQNDNJZ. I did talk with your Sales Executive ( Pooja ) about a week back on this issue and she assured me that my CC account will be credited in 3 days time. Since than we heard nothing. We are in USA right now and can’t keep calling on such issue. Please do needful at earliest. Thanks

I booked international ticket 1st week of Feb 2009 on my Titanium MasterCard where you were offering 10% cash back on the basic fare. I h’vnt recd credit of the cash back to my credit card yet, though it was assured to me over phone before I booked the ticket that cash back would be credited to my CC with in 3-4 week after the payment. We have got a discount code ” Videsh Yatra” through your offer email and i used that code for Rs 500 discount. Now one of your executive wrote me by email that since i use that courtesy code “Videsh Yatra”, i am not entitled for cash back which is been offered on my master card. I feel i have been cheated. Please look in to matter and arrange for the credit of 10% cash back immediately. Thank you and expecting your reply as well the credit soon.

Air Fairs quoted are not clear. Are they one way rates or both ways? Do they include taxes & other surcharges? I would like to know the tota return fare for destinations like Singapore & Bangkok.
