]]> By: Balakrishnan http://www.yatra.com/blogs/?p=47#comment-7237 Balakrishnan Mon, 13 Apr 2009 13:52:22 +0000 http://www.yatra.com/blogs/?p=47#comment-7237 I called Yatra a few days ago to consult on 17 tickets that I wanted to book from Coimbatore to Mumbai and back I saw a fare of 4060 for return at the kingfisher site and Yatra was showing Rs 4400 I called Yatra to enquire about this as I hold a Yatra Barclays card and I wanted to book through Yatra The sales rep was adamant that it was an error on the Kingfisher site and that he had access to the inventory that indicated that the rates were actually for Rs 4400 He also told me that I might miss out the Rs 4400 deal if I kept the phone 2 days later I visited the Kingfisher office and I got all the 17 tickets booked for 4060 This incident has dented my confidence on Yatra and I will now think twice before booking tickets from you Even now if you compare the fares on the Kingfisher site and Yatra you will see the same difference The Rs 4060 fare is still available Please get your house in order. I have even removed "." & "," in my feedback.
