2. Gift Certificates are not redeemable/refundable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund under any circumstances.

3. Two or more Gift/Discount Certificates cannot be clubbed together towards purchase of products on HomeShop18.com.

4. Each Gift Certificate/Discount Coupon has an expiry date and is valid till that time only. This date is communicated at the time of issue of a Gift Certificate/Discount Coupon.

5. In case a Gift Certificate/Discount Coupon Number is non-functional on account of any technical reason, your sole remedy, and our sole liability, shall be the reissuing/replacement of the particular Gift Certificate/Discount Coupon number.

6. HomeShop18 is not responsible for any lost or stolen Gift Certificate/Discount Coupon numbers and no representations in this regard will be accepted in any form or nature.
