| 2. | The lower tariff quote (if you find any) must be for the same hotel, on the same dates, for the same room category and have the same inclusions. | |
| 3. | Published proof (screen shot of the website, quote, etc.) of the offer price is mandatory. | |
| 4. | Yatra reserves all the rights to authenticate the prices proof submitted. | |
| 5. | Rooms are subject to availability. | |
| 6. | If the hotel prices as shown on the proof meet the applicable conditions, Yatra.com will book the same hotel at Rs 200 lower subject to a maximum cap of Rs.1000 per night. | |
| 7. | In case of change because of rescheduling, cancellation or refunds, the discount amount will be adjusted against the refund amount. | |
