- Q. What do I do to access Yatra on my mobile?
- A. To access Yatra on the mobile, your mobile phone should be WAP enabled with an active GPRS connection. You can get your GRPS connection activated by calling up the customer care number of your mobile operator.
- Q. How do I access yatra.com on my mobile?
- A. Go to your mobile phone's browser and type www.yatra.com.
- Q. Is there a constraint on the handsets on which I can access Yatra?
- A. All handsets which are WAP enabled (please check your handset specs) would allow you to access Yatra's WAP portal.
- Q. Can I book a ticket on the mobile site itself?
- A. Yes! You can now complete your booking on the mobile site, view demo to learn how.
- Q. How much does it cost to use the mobile site?
- A. Yatra doesn't charge users anything for using the mobile site. Your mobile operator's charges to use data over GPRS still apply.
- Q. Which mobile network is the Yatra mobile site accessible on?
- A. All networks offering GPRS services will allow access to the Yatra mobile portal depending on the GPRS plan you use. Please check your GPRS plans in case of any issue.
- Q. How many passengers can I book on the mobile site?
- A. You can book upto 6 passengers on the mobile site.
- Q. Do I need to register for using the mobile site?
- A. No.
- Q. Can I book international flights?
- A. No, currently the mobile site supports only domestic flights.
- Q. Is the payment safe?
- A. A. Yes. We use a 128 bit secured gateway- it's as safe as using Yatra.com on the web
- Q. How is the confirmation number or PNR sent to me?
- A. PNR would be sent to you on your mobile phone as an SMS. It would also be sent as an email to the email id you provide while filling up booking details.
- Q. I can't take a print out of the SMS! What to do?!
- A. You can go to the airport and show the confirmation SMS at the airline counter at the entrance of the airport. They would take out a print and give it to you for checking in.
- Q. Can I book a round trip ticket?
- A. Yes. You can book a round trip ticket using the mobile site.
- Q. Is it an all inclusive fare?
- A. Yes, this is all inclusive.
- Q. Is there a difference in results & fares on Yatra.com website and on my mobile?
- A. No.
- Q. Can I select any particular airline?
- A. Yes, you can choose your airline if you so desire.
