In order to have a cardiac check up at Naryana Hrudalaya,myself with my family ( total 4 members) reach Sai Vishram on 27/6/13 at around 10-30 P.M. I was worried as this was a visit to Bangalore for me after 20 years. My experience in this Hotel are 1. On arrival at night ,I was offered a warm dinner which was a big surprise. Rooms were neat and clean ,airy , with a beautiful bathroom. 2. We stayed up to 7/6/2013 ( room no.424&425), and given all support by the management of the Hotel from dropping in the Hospital to pick up at night from the hospital, etc. at the time of my cardio check up. 3. All staff members were serving us with smiles and were always ready to help. Restaurent food and atmosphere was excellent . 4. Specially, Mr.vadivel,Front Office Manager, is an excellent persons and his service to the guest with smile will be remembered by us and the driver Mr. Chandru ,his driving and his positive attitude is commandable . They can be the assest to the orgnisation in this competitive world of business. 5.It was an execellent stay in this hotel for us which will be remebered.
