    The Hotel is strategically located. Fantastic rooms and bathrooms. The room is large enough to accommodate four adults easily. The rooms are nice and comfortable. The room service is excellent and food quality and taste is just perfect. They serve both Veg and Non-veg food , both with excellent wide choice , spice and quantity. The reception process is fantastic. Congratulations for their entire team. The only flaw is their breakfast. Both Veg and Non-veg dishes are available but their burners were not in working stage. So had to have a cold things like sambar etc.

    Clean and friendly, although the restaurant staff could be more attentive seeing as there was 8 of them watching the telly! I had to call them over when I wanted to a menu then when I wanted to place my order etc... That said that only happened two nights the other two nights were fine. Rooms are clean, could do with new towels as there are a little off white shall we say. Should I stay here again? Yes it has internet across the whole hotel although it's painfully slow for anything other than e-mails. Most important thing it's clean and the staff are friendly and helpful.

    One of the challenges when visiting a Tier-II (or is Belgaum Tier-III?) city in India is the uncertainty about accommodation. Therefore it was with some trepidation that I reached Belgaum where my stay was booked at this hotel. From check-in, which was smooth, to the room, which was huge although a little bare, this stay was pleasantly surprising. The air-conditioning was effective, the bed was comfortable and the internet connectivity quite good. Service overall was excellent. The bathroom could have been better (water tended to spray out of the shower area) but hot water was on tap at all times. The restaurant serves good Indian food and the breakfast spread was quite adequate.

    Hi, I stayed here on 19th Apr'16 on my drive back from Bangalore to Pune. I had called up in the evening to convey that I shall be arriving late with my wife and had confirmed the booking over a call. I was given a confirmation and was assured that the room would be ready by the time I arrive. at 11.30 in the night, when I arrived, I was asked By Mr Rahul (Night shift reception desk manager) to wait for 5 mins because the scanner was not working to scan my IDs. Later, I was given a double bed room and while I and my wife were about to freshen up, we were told that the room has not yet been house cleaned so we would have to change it. We were asked to wait for 5 mins and then were given another room which had 2 single beds. When asked how can they give a couple 2 single beds they said in the booking there is no mention of "Couple"! I mean how difficult it is to open the eyes and see 2 adults (A husband and a wife) standing in front of you for last 30 mins trying to get a room and decent night's sleep. When confronted and sought a complaint book I was denied the same too. Worst customer experience so far across the hotels that I have ever stayed. -Ashutosh Karandikar

    Very nice hotel in Belgaum, though a little higher priced, conveniently located and very decent. Restaurant serves very nice food. Complimentary breakfast was also quite ok, but more choice could be offered. Rooms are large , clean and maintained. Bathrooms are also ok. Will surely visit again.
