  • Good place for a business stay

    I stayed here for 3 days. Very convenient location if you are coming down for us visa or embassy appointment. About the room, its well spaced, good curtains, nice bed and a very good tv. I was in a business class room which had a nice wooden flooring a work desk. Room was well lighted with a mini bar. Restaurants is good. Buffet with good varieties of veg n non veg items. You will lot of options in salads n dessert section and very good service. Pool is decent enough. Its clean but didn't quite like the positioning. Nice gym with trainer. Business centre was also good. I wanted to take some printouts early morning around 7 and there were people to help out. Overall. Good service and I would recommend it for a business trip.

    Perfect stay in the heart of the city,would love to frequent this hotel in the days to come.Must improve the view from the restaurant with some scenery or else the ambience is not soothing especially during the day

    Stayed here for 5 nights. The rooms are quite large and beds comfortable. Linen is top notch as are the bathroom towels. Bathroom itself is large with all amenities. Issues are with the toiletries being average quality. The shower temperature keeps varying. We had buffet meals throughout. Breakfast is lavish. The spead for lunch and dinner is very comprehensive. Mutton dishes and biryani are excellent. Somehow every day the fish dishes were dissapointing. So far as service is concerned, some of the staff is excellent, and some seem a bit tired. For example when one of the boys with us wanted milk in a glass, the staff said they can only serve it in a cup! When I said what stops us pouring it from a cup into a glass, he obliged. Similarly bottled water was charged for at dinner, while free during breakfast! Fruits and cookies are provided complementary daily, but the staff ring the doorbell for this. A choice of whether we want this or not can be taken on arrival. While the room has double glazing, there is still some traffic noise trickling in. And the sound of pigeons is a big irritation every morning. Dark curtains with whiteout lining keep the room dark but some light does trickle in. There are odd noises as well frequently. On investigation by the house keeping and engineering staff, some turned out to be kids from our own group making the noise, but even after that noises were frequent. This is probably due to the construction material used in the building. Basically this hotel is not advisable for light sleepers. Swimming pool is claustrophobic and chlorine content too high. The gym is excellent and well equipped. Lobby and reception have no seating area. Staff is very helpful but not perfectly trained. The desire to help is there but promptness needs to be considered. My room key failed twice so for access to room and using the lifts, it took a while to sort the keys.

    very comfortable hotel and I can relax. cleaning service is quite excellent and stuffs are very kind and gentle and they have all hospitality. Japanese food is OK at breakfast. I was quite satisfied at staying HOTEL.

    I enjoyed my stay at the Radisson Everyone was helpful and courteous and the room was extremely clean. I had no problems and would definitely stay there again. I would recommend to anyone traveling to Chennai.
