    Felt like cheated at Sagrika resort. We had booked Super deluxe room for 2N but when arrived we were given deluxe room saying it is Super Deluxe only. Room was damp and smelly, bathroom was much smaller than mentioned in the description while booking. Don't stay in highest floor rooms as they get hot during day because of concrete roof, also the stairs are very steep, not safe for elderly people. Our Dalhousie trip was kind of spoiled because of this highly priced, good for nothing, so called resort. Beware before booking.

    The ambience was not up to the mark as visible at the time of booking on site. The facilities were pathetic as there was no water in the bathroom. Even after many phone calls not much effort was made to provide water. Food that was ordered was given on time but hygiene was not maintained. The overall experience was not good and it was definitely not "Value for Money" . I will not recommend this Hotel to other tourists.

  • Good place for a pleasant stay

    The location is nice with a garden to spend leisure time. I was not much happy with staff who manages hotel, not supportive to my expectations. Also not satisfied compared to other hotels I stayed during my trip. Ground staff was good with a kind of service required. They provided complementary snacks in the evening which has no meaning, because it is served around 7-7.30 in the evening which leaves hardly any break between snacks and dinner. Restaurant is also too small.

    I stayed there for 2 days...and yes its correct that management was not concerned with the comfort...although when you fight they will help but that should not be expected when you pay them good amount...the time we entered the hotel they asked us to wait for almost 2 hrs as the room was not should not be a problem if they woulld have requested us with some alternative option...the manager was very rude:(...not agree with the poor food quality as it was very nice and they provided variety as well also Yes parking is an issue there...I dint faced that but saw people were fighting there for Parking...also rooms were in good condition so full marks for that:)...only thing they need to improve is to listen to their guests and make them comfortable

    Overall a very good accomodation .All the services provided were up to the mark.Flowers around make u feel good. Food served was also very nice.It is nice that they have a outdoor area for sitting and enjoying the nature. In short it is worth a stay.

    Great location, Good service, beautiful rooms. But Parking issues. Because it located on the top of hill so not enough space for parking. Hotel staff good with fast services. Hotel staff also manage BDay celebration.

    best resort in my whole trip, was there for 2 days from 16 may to 18 in super luxery view ,yummy food(many varieties for veggies) and good location.i can give 4 star contain for thz resort only one bad is service is bit slow...
