Donot be taken in by pictures or what they have put on their website. In realty, this place is totally opposite to what they claim. You have to bargain and argue for what they advertise as 'free wi fi'. "It's free only in the lobby", they say when you have checked in. The way from rooms to restaurant is dark and poorly lit at night. my wife slipped and was hurt badly in dark and with no sign saying 'watch your step' or anything like that. No staff seemed to care. I insisted to speak to the manager on duty; some waiters appeared & assured that manager would meet next morning. No one came or called during our next 2 days stay. Not even a single word of apology. Room service is terrible. Keep waiting if you want ironing table or ice in your room. Management simply does not care for you; and they make efforts to show it. The staff behaves accordingly.
