Too expensive and not value for money. Staff is average. Food is good. But, I would not go back to the Leela. Taj is better overall.

  • Seven star property ..

    by Nidhi S on July 27, 2016

We celebrated our 20th marriage anniversary at Leela yesterday. It was a wonderful experience. The property is beautiful. Attention had been paid to the minute details. The architect and designer deserve all the appreciation for designing this magnificent resort. Staff is too polite and hospitable. They create Very warm atmosphere around us. Pool was very good. We enjoyed a lot there. Mr. Jocquim, (sorry for the wrong spellings) was very nice at restaurant. Buffet spread was great. Offering Indian food as post Indian taste buds unlike other five star restaurants. Overall am amazing experience. Would certainly celebrate our next anniversary there too...

  • Fabulous

by Mungermy on July 26, 2016

We had a wonderful time here for our honeymoon. Everything was perfect. Drinks were expensive but restaurant just outside called the fishermans wharf was excellent. We ate there every night. Breakfast was fabulous.

  • Excellent Property - Efficient Staff

    by Khushboo5 on July 24, 2016

We found the monsoon Goa experience even better than that of peak season.. Leela's is a fabulous property with all room categories better than most in the equivalent room category of other hotels. We had a full board package and the buffet spread was endless and given that shacks are closed in monsoons that was a good decision to take an all inclusive package. I found the staff extremely courteous and helpful across all departments. It has lovely landscaping with spice and herb gardens which I loved to take a walk across.. Not to forget it also has a riverside access in addition to the beach access on the other side. Inspite of it being a rainy season, I found the property very well maintained and we were infact discussing that there wasn't a single wet foot/ shoe mark in the lobby or any public place inspite of rains .. I would surely revisit the property and will recommend others to give it a try too..

  • Lovely Stay At The Leela Goa!

    by Aniket88 on July 23, 2016

Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property nestled in the small village of cavellosim in South Goa. Its a great location for some quiet time and relaxation. Service and hospitality is top notch. Rooms are very comfortable and amenities provided are the highest quality. Food at the Riverside restaurant is also delightful. All in all a great stay. Keep up the good work!

  • Opulence!

by KiranKarthik on July 22, 2016

A true gem of a property that will take you to a different world of opulence. The traditional Leela hospitality kicks in right at check in along with a unique tender coconut welcome drink. The property is massive in the truest sense and has so much space for long walks filled with greenery. The rooms are massive, modern and luxurious. Has a view of the "lagoon" which is mostly still water. Cycles are available for guests for hire (30 minutes free per guest per day) and the best part is that they have kiddy cycles too. Riding bikes next to the beach is a brilliant family experience. The pool is quite good and has good f&b services. The breakfast spread is truly one of the best I have seen across the world and is a great way to start the day. If I have to be a hard critic, the only dampener of an otherwise wonderful stay was the outright refusal by the front desk when my three year old asked for the tender coconut welcome drink at check out. Found this a bit bizarre for a chain that prides itself on hospitality. Overall, a splendid property for a refreshing family vacation.
