The hotel is a business hotel, located approx. 45 mins. from the Airport. The Hotel Lobby is small, but the rooms are comfortable. Nice clean bathrooms with a beautiful electric controlled shutter, that makes one bathroom wall transparent and opaque, as your taste suits. Food is good, and amenities in the room is standard. Great breakfast layout. One particular interesting fact is security, one cannot use the elevators unless they have a room Keycard, hence if a stranger were to enter the hotel. he cannot use the lift to go to any floor nor children can play. This is particularly nice. Pool is good, clean and smart. Spa unfortunately was booked till late night, showing that it is good as guests were lined up for massages and therapies. Overall its a great business hotel.

I stayed at this hotel during a business trip for 2 nights. The rooms are spacious and clean. They have paid lots of attention to detail. The complimentary breakfast was very good and had some unique cuisine but very tasty. The ala-carte dinner menu and the room service were excellent too. They offer drop and pick-up from your work place which was very convenient. The staff is very efficient and look after their guests very well. The gymnasium is well equipped too and they have a swimming pool in the terrace.

This is a safe choice hotel if, like me, you have to suddenly find rooms for overseas executives and the Marriott and other US hotel chains are booked up or outside the company budget. Multiple happy execs, makes me very happy!

We were there for a conference at the HICC and got some really good rates. The first thing you notice is the security, which is like a airport...what with sniffer dogs and baggage xrays, metal detectors etc. The checkin was a breeze. In fact they were ready when we arrived and everything was taken care of in minutes. The rooms are quite nicely done. The bathrooms are very clean and nicely laid out. Loved the glass partition which the toilet shares with the bed area. Though there are three or four restaurants we preferred the Cascade. The food was very good. In fact both the breakfast buffet and also the lunch/dinner buffets had lots of selection. Good thing was they kept changing the menu regularly. Service is prompt and always with a polite and smiling face. Only thing is that if you booked car etc thro front desk it was almost double. Though I didn't get to sample the spa my daughter did, and she was quite happy with the service.

This hotel certainly lives up to its 5 star reputation. Even before we checked in, they had provided ample evidence of their efficiency and consideration for their clients. At the last moment we discovered that our flight had been cancelled. The hotel had arranged our pick up from Hyderabad airport, and we only had half a day to rearrange things. No problem ? they re-arranged our pickup, were there to meet us at the airport, and even gave us a number for their contact at the airport should anything else go awry. Check in was smooth and friendly ? Mohit, who I?d been emailing with, was there on arrival (and seemed to be there every time we went to the front desk), along with all his colleagues ? all of whom were there for any little thing we wanted the whole time we were there. The hotel is new, and not in the best place if you?re sightseeing in Hyderabad, as it?s quite a drive into the city (and the traffic of course is horrendous, as it is in all Indian cities), but there is a shopping mall near by that?s very good, and the hotel will arrange transport and pick you up after. Prashant (I may not have got his name quite right) in the bar is a star in his own right. Not a drinker himself, he is still interested in what he is serving, and has an amazing personality with a smile as wide and white as an elephant?s tusk. He made us cocktails to die for, and all the time kept the closes of eyes on what was going on in his bar. Did I mention the food? There are two restaurants. The open all hours, breakfast lunch and dinner, buffet and a la carte restaurant , which had an excellent breakfast, and even better evening Indian buffet, and the Chinese restaurant - which has apparently won prizes. No surprise there. We were almost on our own, but we had waiters at our beck and call. And the food was magnificent. Our compliments to the chef! I didn?t tell you about the rooms. They were very spacious, had all mod cons, and while it may not be everyone?s choice to look down on rooftops, at least we had the opportunity to watch the locals go about their daily business. And we got to watch the less than perfect standard of H & S in the construction of the building opposite.
