Marigold By Green Park

I has been in Hyderbad 3 days for business and I stayed in Green Park Hotel. I found good food, clean room and pretty neat bathroom. A little problem was the noise of the external air conditioning machine. Wifi for just one device. Room 219.

Been to Hyderabad on a business trip and stayed in Green Park for a day last month. Room was quite good and was pretty impressed with the bathrooms, quite big and neat. Major grouse being I can hear loud music beats (maybe from the discotheque or pub) in my room till 11PM which was literally annoying. Had a taste of the midnight Biriyani Buffet and I felt it nothing great to be talked about, just the normal fare. Surprisingly quite a lot of families turned up for the midnight buffet but I felt the service was not up to the mark as there was kind of chaos right from the start... I had a taste of the breakfast spread as well and I must say it was just great and felt much better than the late night buffet, breakfast was complimentary in the room fare.. The hotel is located in the heart of the city which makes it accessible to all major locations. Maybe just for the breakfast and location I might consider staying there next time as well.

It was marriage ceremony which was attended by my near and dear ones in last week of April 2013. The service was delightful and so were the arrangements there. It was a very nice arrangement by hotel staff, as told to me by my parents, relatives and friends.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city and has access to all the major shopping malls , the hotel boasts of good room service and Housekeeping however the rooms need up-doing the mattress and blankets have become old and need replacement the washrooms have started giving a foul smell looks like the drain system need to be overhauled . On the whole the staff is helpful trying to do there best but the hotels needs a up-life keeping in view of the other hotels in the same class. Internet service is very very slow need to be improved though free .

Oh God...where do I start....The welcome into the hotel is awesome and the rooms are great.If you are looking for a pool to cool off in, then this is not the hotel for you. I went to Tulips the restaurant for a coffee yesterday and saw a few distraught customers not happy with their orders or delayed delivery and someone was did not get what they had ordered. I asked for my coffee and the bill at the same time to avoid the problems and I was a happy customer. Today, I made the mistake of going for lunch. I ordered my lunch and fresh lime soda at the same time...by the time I finished half my lunch, my drink still had not arrived, so, I asked the waiter for my drink and he brought me soda water with sugar added to it and the sugar was still sitting at the bottom of the glass...no sign of lime and oh yeah...coriander leaves to add colour. SO I asked for a real lime soda and he went away...I finished my lunch and asked them to cancel my drink....and 10 minutes later my drink arrived....I though I would have a coffee and asked for my bill at the same time....brought me a bill with the charge for the lime drink, which I had cancelled.....asked to see the Maitre'D...he showed up and said that they would remove the soda and it took the 20 minutes....asked them to cancel the coffee so I could get out of there and get on with my day....10 minutes later, the coffee showed up and still no bill......I walked upto the Captain, and without even as so much as an apology....he gave me the same bill..just paid and left. I would stay there but would not eat at the restaurants there again.....
