Deteriorated and disappointing!
by poonam_gupta on July 20, 2016
This is a true example of how a property can deteriorate so much in the last 2 years. Since I had been here in August 2014, I recommended and sent my daughter and her friends to the hotel in July 2016, and what a mistake it was. The reasons are: 1. Charged extra for early check in and late check out (in off season). By early I mean 10.00 A.M, which most of the hotels these days, give complimentary as there are not many bookings at this time. It was not like the hotel was full. There was hardly anybody there. 2. The AC in the room was leaking. 3. My daughter fell ill, had severe food poisoning, after she ate a grilled sandwich ( chicken and cheese) at the hotel. Later they came to know that it was because they had used frozen chicken, NOT FRESH, and didn't even know for how many months it had been frozen. When they asked for medicines, the hotel didn't have any, and on top of that, they refused to send someone to get medicines. After spending a sleepless and uncomfortable night, the next morning, they had to go themselves to buy, which was just 10 mins away. Ridiculous. The hotel could have easily sent one of the staff if they wanted to, but it seems that they are just not concerned about their guests and for everything that they were requested to do, the answer was a big "NO". 4. In her friends room, there was no water in the bathroom, and they said they could not do anything, because its off season and their plumbers are on leave. So the 4 people used only one bathroom amongst the 4 of them. 5. It was my daughters birthday and she had gone there to celebrate it, and this is how she spent the 2 days there. 6. They had the audacity to send her 4 bananas, and call it "Exotic fruits" and charge her Rs. 500 for it. This was really the last straw, they sent it back and refused to pay for it. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone now, since their rooms, service and hospitality has all deteriorated, and they don't seem to care.
"Beautiful and Perfect Getaway"
by ashwatdudhwal on July 19, 2016
Most of the reviews have already mentioned how good this property is and it actually is one of the best getaways in India. I will not mention any names of staff members as they all were superb in jobs/hospitality starting from the guard at main gate to housekeeping ->room service ->restaurant and of course reception as well. They know how to treat their guests or spoil them rather, ha!! Our gamble of going in July paid off as the weather was pleasant with breeze and rains which made the area even more greener. We had requested and Chef really made it easy for us when he prepared baby food for our 9 month old specially for him for all 3 days. If one can come with family or group it is even more better as you can then enjoy in house games (cricket, badminton, volleyball, cycling etc). We stayed here for 3N and did not go out at all but really enjoyed the stay throughout. Don't forget to watch out for Peacocks, Peahens and Rabbits as they are easily visible in the greens around.
Will remember this place forever

The property is located a little far from main jaipur town near amer fort and actually shares its boundary walls with the fort. Rooms are styled like a luxury tents, they are beautiful and huge.. The bathrooms are amazing and very big which is always a plus. The food is great and service is exceptional. Staff takes care of all your needs in an efficient manner. The pool is nice and decently sized. The flora and fauna around the hotel is amazing. We saw so many peacocks roaming in the property it was magical. This is a great place for a romantic getaway for a couple, you will not feel the need to venture out of the property at all! Tip - Suggest you book this property during off season to get really value for money rates and enjoy it to the fullest.
What a resort, what a view

We booked Lebua at very discounted price and it was worth every penny. great service, great hospitality and awesome food. we are regular to Jaipur and feel it is at best in Aug/ Sept. we loved our stay. Rooms are very well kept and specially organized our candle light dinner made it awesome.
Depending upon if you want people around or not, you can ask the reservation to give you a room away or closer to pool.
