"Not expected out of a Radisson"

1. Rooms Fridge, Safe, Hot Water and Air Conditioning not working. Fridge wobbly and thus contents drop out on opening. Quality of construction could have been better. Locks failed. More than the staff here, it seems that the quality of infrastructure is missing as seen in other properties. 2. Room Service Quality decent, but delay in service. 3. Breakfast. Horrible service. Senior staff was rude (Chef and Restaurant in charge) and junior staff was not briefed. Spread decent.
