All good expectations turned bad!

I recently just stayed in this hotel (August 16) coming from Agra on a 4 day Golden Triangle Tour. The front desk staff was polite, friendly and courteous and the check in process only take a few minutes. I was given my card key and along with the bell boy we went up to the room on the 6th floor. When I opened the room they gave me, to my surprise, there was already someone occupying the room! The Chinese lady who was sitting on the edge of the bed shouted at me and luckily I was not slap on the face! The bell boy apologize for what happened and asked me to wait on the 6th floor lobby, then he hurried down to the front desk to report what just happened. After a few minutes, the bell boy arrived with a new card key to a new room he said which was also located on the same floor. But then when he tried to open the room again it was a wrong room! For the second time, the bell boy apologized and asked me again to wait on the 6th floor lobby. Now, when he arrived he asked me that we have to go down to the 2nd floor to a new room. Tired and exhausted from a whole day of touring the city and in a hurry to get a shower and change to have dinner and watch the cultural show in Chokni Dhani, I did not bother to go down and complain even I was so pissed off! Except for the bell boy who was assisting me with my luggage, no one ever apologized from the front desk personnel down to their supervisor. They should have the decency to do so even if the guest did not complain! After all, they are working with Radisson Blu and they should uplift and maintain the standard that their hotel is trying to project as one of the best hotel brands to stay with.Read More
