The location is terrible.

Its a big property with an impressive lobby. The rooms are nice. But this hotel tries to fleece you for every little thing which is given free by other hotels with lower star ratings. The room did not have an iron, which is normally included in the rooms in other hotels. I called and asked for one and was told I will have to send my shirt to the laundry as they do not provide irons in the rooms. What a cheap way to make money! Wifi here will cost you an arm and a leg, when a 1 star hotel these days gives it free. I had dinner at their 24hr coffee shop, a box of Indian food platter, it did taste nice but in the middle of the night I had a major upset stomach and luckily was carrying medicine which helped. Next day I went to the coffee shop manager and told him, he asked for my room number but at the checkout they still charged me for that meal, which really did not matter but any good hotel would not have charged for the meal which gives you an upset tummy. Lastly the hotel location is in the middle of nowhere. You need a car all the time to go to the city center which is quiet far. Would not return as there are many other better options available in Jaipur.Read More
