Trident

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights; 12th - 15th May and didn't want to leave. The location is good, about 25 mins from airport. The hotel is beautifully presented, clean and tidy. The rooms are well equipped & our view was to die for. What struck me most, though, at this hotel, was the staff. Every staff member greeted us by name, each time we passed. They were polite & friendly & really couldn't do enough for us. The little shops in there are lovely and have some really nice trinkets. The food was lovely; we had Buffet breakfast every day & dinner twice. Even though the buffet offered a great variety, the chef came out of the kitchen each time, with offers to make anything we'd like. My husband asked for extras on a few occasion (hash browns, milk shakes ..) and received these without a grumble. The one thing that really stood out to me, I fell sick on my second day (due to the heat) and they were prompt in arranging a doctor. I stayed in the room, whilst my husband went for dinner & the chef came out to his table to say that he knew I was unwell, and sent me a plate of fresh fruit & a fresh portion of what my husband had eaten, in case I felt like eating!! Every member of staff we passed the day after enquiries as to how I felt. It is obvious that this hotel values it's guests highly, and give a really personal touch. No complaints at all & would highly recommend!
