Indismart Hotel

This is a hotel that has surely seen better days. The entrance lobby area is very nice, but you get to see the real picture when you get to the room. The window in my room did not even close properly, I guess they must be spending a ton on electricity due to ineffective AC due to things like this. The bathroom was quite pathetic, with fancy fittings that probably were fancy 15-20 years ago, and are in sore need of cleaning / repair / replacement. As other reviews have mentioned, lighting in the room is poor, there are many lights, but you have to walk all over the room pressing switches to get it reasonably lit, and do it in reverse when you're ready to sleep. Other things like the Room Service menu which I had to ask 3 people for, was printed and spiral bound in such a strange fashion that I could hardly make heads or tails of it. The breakfast was just okay, but they could do a better job refilling empty dishes. I ordered a Spaghetti Bolognese for dinner via room service, and instead got something like noodles with keema and some melted amul cheese. It did not look like a tomato had got anywhere even close to this particular SpagBol... The staff were friendly, but considering such a prime location that they have, with several large IT companies nearby, they must have no shortage of guests, hence probably complacency has set in. This place could be so much better!
