3rd stay - not as good as previous ones..

Stayed on business for 3 nights, room 915. Hotel is clean, modern and has good facilities. Returned as previous stays have been good. Wanted to freshen up on arrival in morning at 9am, so had to pay for a 4th night - not unusual. However, after using the room for 30 minutes and then spending the day in the office, I returned to find the room was not freshened up on that first day - towels still on floor of bathroom despite the person on reception telling me the room would be serviced as I left. Worse still, on second day the room wasn't made up at all, despite the fact that someone had been in to deliver my laundry. On my first proper morning I went for breakfast and asked for a masala dosa. Instead they made me an omelette!! Don't even sound the same, so not sure why the confusion. Soon fixed though and the food was great quality. As far as the room facilities were concerned, the shower temperature in room 915 not regulated properly so constantly goes from hot to cool to hot. By end of 2nd day as I went to bed at 11pm, noticed that there were no laundry bags, so phoned for service, asking them to be left outside room as I wanted to sleep. 10 minutes later, doorbell rang twice despite my instructions to leave outside.. I had noticed it on my last stay but this time it wound me up - the Hotel's Puravid spa called me to ask if I was interested in a massage and that they could offer me a discount.
