Well through out our trip manali was most difficult place to decide our hotel as there is only quality name holiday inn but it has been ranked 29 as list of trip advisor so I kept on searching and had an telephonic interaction w a lot of hotels in manali I noticed as a very good place but unfortunately no good options for hotels then finally talk to meenakshi at holiday inn Delhi office and will suggest everyone to proceed their bookings w her she explained me everything and further I talked to holiday inn Mumbai staff also came to know its a franchise property but has been kept well but still doubts were there so I made my booking but some doubts were there as I entered manali went to see span also very good hotel very good rooms but noticed staff was not trained As we entered into holiday inn noticed first staff were trained so I was happy and will suggest everyone to stay here because beside good property u need a level of good service also Mr sukhram from restaurant was good and food quality was also good But still surprised why it has been ranked poor it should be among top 5 hotels in manali will definately stay here again and will request hotel management to upgrade them on their sites also
