Hotel Silmog Garden

We were 2 family consisting of kids of age 5 to 11. We stayed there for 4 Nights from May 14th to May 18th. We had booked 1 family room & 1 family suite. Our experience has been really nice with a very conveniently located hotel with large & extremely clean rooms and extremely polite staff always ready to help you with a smile on their face. Mr Virendra thakur also helped us in booking a taxi for our entire tour as per our requirement ( from Mr Raju ) who was also very polite and helpful. Mr thakur was also very helpful in arranging the rest of the sight-seeing at a very reasonable cost. Overall it was a very memorable Manali trip for all of us courtesy Silmog Garden, Its staff and especially My Virendra Thakur.

I planned to reached manali with my family on 28th April 2013. I had booked a Deluxe room up to 2nd May 2013 in advance at Silmog Garden based on the reviews on Trip Advisor. As this was one hotel which allows only family to stay and has a seperate kitchen and Restaurant for Veg and Non Veg as per Trip advisor reviews. The reception was packed with good wishes from so many visitors proving to be a promising place and there was a trip advisor shield on the top of the wall as an evidence of award from Trip advisor. Mr. Amit ensured that first we settle in the room, get refreshed and then complete the checkin formalities. Room number 9 on first floor was alloted to my family. The room was very neat and clean. Bathroom was well maintained with all the necessary stuffs like towels, a mug and bucket etc. The Geyser was on and hot water was instantly available. All the Staff were very courteous and it showed in their action that customer delight is their priority.Room services for tea / coffee etc was prompt and quality was very good. The room had a televison and a good clean bed, The Hotel infact had a seperate kitchen and Restaurant for veg and another one for non veg. We had dinner at the hotel's restaurant and must say that food was of good quality. sleep quality was also good. Next day we had left our keys at reception with Mr. Amit Thakur, upon returning from sight seeing we found that room was cleaned, bed covers and sheets were changed and towels were replaced, bathroom was cleaned and dry. This again proved that Service is of a seven star quality at Silmog Garden. Breakfast was complementary and we found it to be of superb quality. All the support staff were polite and humble. I remember Ravi and Bahadur apart from others. Everyday we had experienced Service quality par excellence.In summary we had a wonderful stay at Silmog Garden. One must stay at Silmog Garden to feel the service quality. This place is indeed a home away from home and million thanks to Mr. Amit Thakur and team to make my family stay most memorable till date. I would surly recommend Silmog garden for all the families to have a safe and superb stay at Manali. Thank you Mr. Amit Thakur for being so kind, humble and courteous. shall meet you once again on my next visit to Manali and I would love to have a reservation at Silmog Garden again.

Superb family suite. Excellent Food. Good quality food . Very neat hotel. Excellent cooperation from Thakur .A special thanks. All the staffs are too good and highly cooperative. Cost effective hotel. Cons: Parking problem.

This might not be a five star hotel, but the hotel staff sure do make you feel like you are staying in one. This hotel has decent rooms and is very clean. The approach road to this hotel is narrow and little congested. Food in the hotels resturant is delicious and very homely.
