1. no bell boy 2. very bad rooms 3. no functioning plug points 4. old outdated electronic gadgets 5. only couple of fixed dishes, same everyday 6. room service is very bad, serves the same dish whatever you order

We stayed at this hotel in the 1st week of Nov 2012. The hotel is located next to manali bus stand and very near to manali market. Rooms were spacious and clean. Considering cold weather in Manali; heater was provided at the room with a cost of 100/- per day. Checkin & checkout service was quick; room service was also prompt. Didnt try food at the hotel as there was lot of better & cheap options near the hotel.

I was in manali from 25th March to 27th March. Rates are low. In case, you are budget conscious, then you may think this hotel subject to following deficiencies :- Food quality is hopeless. Central Heating system sound too much. You can't thing to sleep.

I?ll never recommend this hotel. Apart from that Worst service for cleartrip booking guests. Sometimes hotel staff even ask for more money than clear trip. We had booking for the 3 rooms, we reached at 8pm and till 10 pm we had to fight with the hotel staff to clean the room. Room was terribly dirty, dirty beddings, dirty towels and even bathroom was also not cleaned. After fighting for the 2 hours hotel staff cleaned the room and bring beddings 4 times all those were wet, and dirty. When we were completely frustrated and we were ready to go in better hotel then somehow they came with little better bedding. Hotel staff was not cooperative, they tried to cheat in every small small things. Initially nothing will be provided complimentary, then later when guest has to check the written text in hotel brochure and ask them about complementary stuff then only hotel staff will provide.

we had an extended weekend at our disposal and fed up with the unbearable heat of Hyderabad ( in December yes !), me and my wife decided to visit a hill station for seeking some solace! The online portal of Manaliwonder.com caught our attention given its speciality in manali sector .A trip to Manali was being offered at reasonable rates and the premium 4 days, 3 night?s package seemed perfect for us. Consequently we booked the package and confirmed our bookings on the same day coupled with volvo and cab affirmation. The Piccadilly Resort was booked as our abode for the period. The Piccadilly is located on the famous Mall Road and was very close to the bus stop and the mall. Moreover the Van Vihar Park was located in front of the hotel and consequently from our room on the second floor we had an unhindered view of the evergreen deodar trees, the snow capped mountain ranges and tourists boating in the small pond located at the centre of the park. The manager at the restaurant was a busy guy and together in liaison with our agent, they booked the most wonderful sightseeing schedule for us. The main temples ? Hadimba, Vashishta and Manu were nearby and we covered them on the first day. The Hadimaba Temple with its superbly crafted four tiered pagoda roof was the best of the lot and my wife could not have enough of it. The Jagatsukh Caves, Solang Valley and the Rohtang Pass were covered on the consequent days. The guys also arranged for a host of adventure sports like skiing, skating, parachuting and paragliding and thus though we hardly spent enough time inside the hotel, we had the most wonderful time at Piccadilly. Hotel is a good one though nt a 5 star or like stuff u see in plains, it wud suit d bill however..the heating arrangements were good as well , its located right in the heart of manali
