The hotel, restaurants (great food) and rooms and all very good along with the locations. The hotel is a little overpriced but i guess that comes with reputation they have created. The problems are two: 1. The staff has an attitude of "We are ITC" and thus come as snobbish. They forget that they are ITC because of customers who they are being snobbish with. 2. They are not equipped to handle large groups during check in. A group of about 50-60 pax takes 3 hours. They do not accept IDs in advance via email.

Overview

Located in Sahar Andheri (East), ITC Maratha is one of the leading five star deluxe hotels in Mumbai.
