Hotel Madhuban Highlands

Just visited few days back with my friends and stay in Madhuban Highlands. We have great experience just because of service and well trained staff politeness. Room are very spacious and clean. Food quality is awesome. In short worth of money

We had planned a 2 night trip to Mussorie with my kids and selected this hotel based on feedback of my colleague. When I called hotel's reservation desk, I was informed of room rates that were 20-25% more than available on many a websites. I told this guy that I'm calling to you get a better deal than the website, he simply told me that the website gives them continuous business! Surprised, I still booked at the website because I wanted my family to be comfortable. The room was not prepared and had torn linen, bathroom was not having tissue and soap. The next morning, at 9 am, we were told that if we dont come for breakfast before 9:30 am, we will not be served any breakfast! This was terrible as we had to rush with small kids for breakfast. To our dismay the breakfast was comprising of Idlis that were hard like stones, no juices and no basic menu was laid out. I shared my experience with a local gentleman sitting next to my table and he informed the GM of hotel of my terrible stay last night. The GM did call me to appologize but he did not offer me any compensation for what his staff/hotel has already done by spoiling our very first family vacation to Mussorie.

This is one property one would want to visit again and again. Great food. Lovely hotel with good swimming pool. Grand looks. Awesome service. The rooms are awesome and spacious.Hotel staff is very cooperative. Good food. Lovely hotel and great experience.

Spent 2 days with my friends and had a great time. its a worth to pay if you get a such quality of service. best thing is that rooms are clean and specious. suggest to stay whenever visit to mussorie...have a nice day and me and my friend enjoyed a lot ...Vikas from Bangalore.......

I stayed there for 2 days with my friends. Its was a memorable experience. We thoroughly enjoyed the location, Food & services. The rooms are well maintained & luxurious.Excellent hospitality. The swimming Pool and locations are so special. Overall i'm so much satisfied, Its worth for our money.
