    If the name 'Tulip' and stars (like it is 4 star) are taken into account then it is not value for money. Being a 4 start property it doesn't have that facility which a 4 star hotel should have. Room was not so well maintained i.e. bed sheet, curtain was not so clean and hot water was not properly coming in taps. I think this property is not maintaining the standards of 'Tulip'. Overall experience was not so good. It was okay type :(

    Third class service. No body wants to listen any compliant of customer. Poor room service. very bad breakfast . So many times Water is not coming .washroom is not clean dont stay in this hotel. & don't think about this property

    Nice hotel in the middle of mall road. Nice view from hotel windows, clean room with soft and cosy bed.. Rooms are also good in size and is a good hotel for a small family, couples and for solo travellers as well

    Located on Mall Road opp. the Gun Hill cable cars. Prime location. We were hungry after walking Mall Road for a couple hours one night. So, the hotel being brightly lit and appeared like a safe bet, we went up to grab dinner. The restaurant was empty... during prime time. Too tired to go elsewhere, we ordered a few "safe" dishes likely to hot, fully cooked and reliable (butter chicken, biriyani). I lived to tell the story ... it seems sad that hotel management either doesn't have the money, or doesn't have the know-how, or both, to make this property really hum.

    Extremely weak commitments and did not adhere to the advance bookings made. Superior room was booked with a mandatory advance amount, but showed lack of attitude upon arrival and offered a pathetic room with no view (back room) with a response that this was the only room available. Left a terrible feeling after a long drive to be treated like this, in spite of doing an advance booking with room preference.

    Though its location is great, right on the Mall road, the overall experience is disappointing.Climbing two level of stairs to get into the hotel, getting back rooms with no view and windows, little persuasion with front desk to get a valley view room and finally getting a room with old furniture and undusted carpet, is the experience during first half hour.The food quality is average. The staff is verygood and service is excellent. I would not recommend the hotel.
