Arif Castles

it is a excellent hotel of nanital .there is all type of facilities there , staff is also very cooperative. The fine thing is that there are plenty of things an indoor sports room with pool table and table tennis, a gym, a dance floor and a spacious parking. the rooms are very spacious. the hotel provides in house tea and coffee.overall was a fine experience.

Overall it's decent place to stay but food is ok not good. Location 4 km far from the mall road so it's not a walkable distance but hotel provides free pick and drop till 8:30 pm. Room are clean but view from the balconies are ok not very awesome, so don't expect too much on that front.

Hotel Arif Castle is located in the hills of Nainital. It has a coffee shop, an indoor sports room, a gym, a practice area for cricket and spacious parking. The rooms are spacious, well equipped and are reasonably charged. The hotel provides extra bed on request, in house tea, coffee etc. Room service is quick and the hotel staff is also polite.

Having not much choices, got to stay in the arif castle. The room was good, neat and clean. The linen was also fresh. The staff here was also supporting and kind enough. The hotel is also easily accessible to the mall road(local market). Overall was a fine experience!

I am reproducing the email witten to them on 02.11.12, for which I did not get even a ack'nt till date: To : admin@arifcastles.com Dear Sirs, I choose to forward my observations regarding my stay at your Ninital property for your information and necessay action. As it was a vacation stay and not a business trip, I think your management needs to put in that extra care and thought to make our vacation stay all that more comfortable. I can't understand the penny-pinching exercises in terms of No complimentary - bottled water, dental kit, shaving kit, bed slippers, bath robes, tea bags in seperate sachet packing, newspaper, etc (How much pennies you saved god only knows as I think you gain class with these minor expenses). But what intrigued me most was the fact that you were not providing fresh fruits & juices for breakfast ??? Further, let your managers at Nainital taste the awfully cooked food that they pass on as buffet break-fast / dinner. No hotel has ever dared to serve burnt food, but hats off to Ariff Castles, Nainital - I have experienced burnt UPMA & Rotis. I have had a utterly miserable experience at your Nainital property and I do not know whether your Nainital team is doing this deliberately or acting under instrucitons, but surely, the reputation of your Ninital Hotel shall go down hill if you choose to continue your operations the way it is. On your web page you calim "Arif Castles is a rich experience of hospitality, luxury & comfort". Having experienced I wish to state that there is no merit in your claims! Best regards Vishwanath
