    Room service is not good and the hotel is not totally cleaned. Most of the time Electricity is failure. Very Worst hotel in Puri.

    The service provided by the hotel staff needs to improve a lot. The behaviour of the staff and promptness of service was not at all upto the mark.

    I don't know where to start, ants, uncleaned towels, bad smell, bad toilets, everything was bad. Seems like no one is looking after this hotel, it just a waste

    Location is good. Rooms are not good at all. Bedsheets, towel, bathrooms are in bad condition. Meant just to earn money. Although the staff working there is cooperative. ACs installed are new but running on old wirings. Overall, I would not sugget.

    Hotel is just front of sea, very good view from sea face room.Location is outside one kilometer from of main handicraft market. Hotel is cleaned up to marked. Reception is not attractive. Affordable rates.

    I stay with my family for 2 night but I didn't know it was lodge rooms but they charge from me as a standard hotel room charge. And staff was chewing pan and Gurkha in front of d guest also using abysmal languages in front of the guest .About room basin tap not working toilet flash not working bed n matrices also pillow all are dameg .Last I told to everybody don't like this hotel.....also inform the management plz change the name hotel to lodge......

    Hotel is nearer to the Beach and a good budget hotel. We are happy and satisfied with the hotel and would recommend the hotel to everyone.The rooms at the hotel was good and well furnished. Staff's were helpful and cooperative towards us. Food items was not satisfactory as they had limited option hence we opted to have food outside the hotel. Cleanliness was maintained as hotel premises and surroundings were clean.

    We checked into a sea facing room. Even the sea facing rooms which are charged highest are not maintained well. Not properly cleaned. Behavior of the staff was not good either. Even the incharge of the hotel, chacha, needs to be taught the basics of the hospitality. The day we checked in 14 Feb 2016; they forget to switch on the water motor and water in the wash rooms were resorted 2 hrs after several reminders, Pathetic. Telephone wires, cable wire, few strings were a complete mess. TV signal was poor, Only the location of the hotel is good, adjusting sea - However ever other hotel in Puri is close to sea. We checked out of the hotel very next day and checked in other hotel near to it at half the price and into a better room.
