    Poor House keeping. Bed linen not changed, TV not working when we checked in. After several calls, housekeeping wd attend to you. Breakfast- lots of variety but no quality. Certainly not a 4 star hotel as claimed on yr site.

    No digital locker in the room also no facility for hanging wet clothes in the washroom. When enquired the reception replied that the services are in progress and will be provided in a month or so though both the things were mentioned in the service manual of the hotel.

    I visited in the month of june ,the hotel is the best with facilities,ameiince,staff ,the breakfast we had was exellent,one thing wchich was at its best was the tRavel desk there ,the desk attendent i suppose her name was muskan was exellent with her work ,he was responsible,friendly n supportive which u genarlly dont get at hotels tRavel desk.

    Poor beddings with ribbed bedsheets,no towels n napkins in the room noise comes from the other rooms also the pool area Breakfast was not good n also the quantity was not sufficient,all were screaming staff is very cooperative But was not able to fulfill the requirements

  • Very Good Hotel but the Travel Desk

    Well the hotel is good , Room locations are also good , Cleanliness is also taken care of , food is also nice and testy.. one thing that I could mind and make people aware about is The Travel Desk:- Be aware of the travel desk ( a separate company operates the travel tours ) whenever you take any vehicle from the travel desk , you should be very cautious in bargaining the right amount as you may be charges a bit higher than the usual amount. The package and rate must be negotiated very carefully. As they might promise to show you the places but in actual they might skip some places or may ask to pay extra.. The drivers are also very cunning that they will try to take parking charges from you and they don't park the vehicle . All the parking charges are pocketed by the drivers . Hence whenever the driver asks for the parking or other charges you must insist taking the receipt of the same. Further , on the trip the drivers also suggest you to not to see certain places as claiming that to see this places you have to pay high tickets rates. Also the Travel desk is taking its charges in cash only, they might give you the receipt of the charges but without tax , it means they try to generate black money. I do not have any problem with the Hotel except the travel desk problem, . Apart from the above small problem of Travel Desk , the Hotel was good, staff was very cooperative , sober and humble. I again like to visit the same Hotel , but certainly not the Travel desk.

    An average hotel , if given the right maintainence can be amazing. I found holes in the bed sheet and the chair covers, room smelled of smoke aswell. Hotel staff however is extremely courteous and always willing to help with a smile.what i hated about the hotel however was that there were fully clothed people in the swimming pool which was shocking - guys in trackpants, girls in jeans right inside the pool. The hotel management should make sure people are correctly dressed for the pool in order to make the guests feel comfortable.

    The building is aging and very humid. Maybe because water is leaking in the main lobby when it rains? However, rooms are correct but, gosh, the staff has no clue about hospitality. To be honest, one or two ladies at the restaurant are doing a great job, but all the other seem to be overwhelmed by the complexity of their task. Imagine: customers constantly require amazing things like spoons and cups fir the breakfast. We also had the strange request at the travel desk for an airport transfer: obviously something the gentle smiling girl had never to deal with before. In short: avoid!

  • Ask for Towels and Floor Mats, as they sometimes are not there.
