Pilgrimage Attractions
Kempty Fall
Kempty Fall is one of the most enthralling waterfalls which lies at an altitude of 1370 m from the sea level and almost 15 km away from Mussoorie. From a great height, water cascades down a hill and dives straight into a plunge pool.
Lake Mist
Lake Mist falls seven kilometers on way to Kempty. This is the place which is considered perfect for weary tourists to take relax and have rest. There are good accommodation facilities over there.
Lal Tibba
Lal Tibba is located in Landour area, which is the oldest inhabited place in Mussoorie. This is the highest point in Mussoorie. Gunhill is second highest point in Mussoorie. Mussoorie seems to change colores every other minute as you look from Gunhill.
Mussoorie Lake
You can enjoy boating at this lake which is located some seven kilometers on the highway to Dehradun. The entry charge to this lake is Rs. 15. From this lake, you can see the stunning look of the Dun Valley.
Cloud End
The place is encircled by thick deodar forest and has an awful tranquil atmosphere. This is a favorite place among tourists and popular among honeymooners especially. There are variety of fauna and flora available therein.
