Trivandrum – Kovalam- Trivandrum

Day 1: Arrival in Trivandrum
A Yatra representative will meet you at a location convenient to you in Trivandrum. You will be transferred in an air-conditioned vehicle to the beach destination of Kovalam. After arriving in Kovalam, check-in at a pre-booked hotel.

An erstwhile fishing village known for its fresh fish, fruits and toddy (coconut beer), Kovalam in Kerala is often referred to as the ‘Paradise of the South’. Idyllic and flamboyant, the Kovalam beach has a character of its own. Silvery sands, crystal-clear turquoise waters and a rocky promontory crowded by coconut groves, the vista it unfolds is one of picture postcards.

You are at leisure for the rest of the day to take long strolls on the beach, stretch on a deckchair and soak up the sun or play with the gentle waves. Return to your hotel and spend the night.

Day 2: In Kovalam
After breakfast at the hotel, set out on a half-day sightseeing tour of Kerala’s capital city in an air-conditioned vehicle. Accompanied by an English-speaking guide, you will visit Shree Padmanabha Swami temple, Nepier Museum, Chitralayam arts gallery, zoological gardens, reptile house, observatory, Kanakakunnu Palace and Shree Moolamthirunal Shasti Purthi Memorial.

After exploring the major tourist attractions of Kovalam, return to your hotel. You can spend the afternoon at leisure relaxing on Kovalam beach. Spend the night at your hotel.

Day 3, 4 and 5: In Kovalam
You are at leisure for three days to relax and explore Kovalam beach. Spend the nights at your hotel.

Day 6: Departure from Trivandrum
After breakfast, you will be transferred to the international airport or any location convenient to you in Trivandrum for your onward journey.
