Day 1: Delhi – Agra
A Yatra representative will meet you at a location convenient to you in Delhi and transfer you in an air-conditioned vehicle to Agra. Agra is about 202 kilometers from Delhi.

The most romantic city in India, Agra is famous for the marble edifice 'Taj Mahal' immortalizing the love of an Emperor Shah Jahan for his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal. Located on the banks of river Yamuna, the city is a principal part of the northern Indian planes. The historical monuments in Agra from the medieval period were built by the great Mughals who ruled India for more than three centuries.

On arrival, check-in at a pre-booked hotel. You are at leisure for the rest of the day to take up some sightseeing in Agra. Spend the night at your hotel.

Day 2: In Agra
After a hearty breakfast in the hotel, set out on a full-day sightseeing tour of Agra in an air-conditioned vehicle. Accompanied by an English-speaking guide, you will be visit the magnificent Agra Fort and learn about its fascinating history. Appreciate its grandiose architecture, look-out for its different apartments, prison cells, secret underground tunnels and the sprawling bath area among others.

Further on, proceed to the Taj Mahal, built by Mughal Emperor Shahjahan in 1630 to enshrine the mortal remains of his Queen Mumtaz Mahal (Taj Mahal is closed on Fridays). Also visit It Mad Ud Daula located to the north of the Agra Fort across Yamuna river. A fine example of Mughal architecture, the structure was built by Empress Noor Jehan to commemorate the death of her father, Mirza Ghiyas Beg. Return to your hotel and spend the night.

Day 3: Agra – Delhi
After breakfast, take a return trip to Delhi. On arrival in Delhi, you will be dropped at the international airport or any place convenient to you for your onward journey.
