Delhi
A federally-administered union territory known as the National Capital Territory of Delhi, New Delhi is a melting pot of many cultures and ethnic groups. Dotted with landmarks like monuments, conglomerates, malls, restaurants and many more, New Delhi has something for everybody. Landmarks like India Gate, Qutub Minar, Jama Masjid, Red Fort, and Humayun’s Tomb are the major reasons for the influx of millions of tourists from across the world. New Delhi is well connected to all the major destinations in India like Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Goa, Kolkata, etc. and abroad including London, Singapore, US, Canada, Thailand, etc.

Lucknow
The capital city of Uttar Pradesh Lucknow is the most populous state of India with a population of 2,541,101 as per the census of 2006. Lucknow is a multicultural city brimming with beautiful gardens, heritage buildings, hotels and restaurants, etc. Rich with culture and history Lucknow is well-known as the ‘The City of Nawabs’. Today’s Lucknow is an effervescent city which is on its way to an economic boom and is among the top ten fastest growing non-metropolitan cities of India.

Bodhgaya
Bodhgaya is a city in Gaya district in the state of Bihar. For Buddhists, this is the most important of the major pilgrimage sites associated with the life of Gautama Buddha.

Varanasi
One of the oldest continually inhabited cities in the world Varanasi is a famous Hindu holy city situated on the banks of the river Ganges in the state of Uttar Pradesh. Ganga is the highly revered city in the state of Uttar Pradesh and the culture of the city is influenced by the religious importance of the river Ganga. Varanasi is the place which has produced musicians, poets, writers and philosophers including Kabir, Munshi Premchand, Ustad Bismillah Khan, Pandit Ravi Shankar and many more.

Tour Itinerary:

Day 1: Arrive Delhi
On arrival in Delhi, you will meet our tour representative who will escort you to the hotel. Overnight stay at Hotel in Delhi.

Day 2: Delhi
After breakfast,take a tour of old Delhi comprising magnificent Red Fort, Jama Masjid, largest mosque in Asia, both built by Mughal Emporer Shahjahan, Rajghat-Memorial of Mahatma Gandhi, the "Father of the Nation". In Afternoon, enjoy the tour of New Delhi that includes the sightseeing of HumanyunTomb,Qutab Minar, India Gate, Birla Mandir, Bahai Temple. Optional tours in the evening can be arranged for sound and light show at the Red Fort or local dance show. Overnight stay at the Hotel.

Day 3: Delhi - Lucknow (flight), Lucknow - Balrampur (297 kms, 06-07 hrs drive)
After breakfast, you will be transferred to railway station to board train for Lucknow. On arrival in Lucknow, drive to Balrampur. En route, visit Sravasti. Check in at the hotel in Balrmapur. Stay overnight at Hotel.

Day 4: Balrampur - Kushinagar
After breakfast, proceed for an excursion to Lumbini, the place where Buddha was born. Continue your drive to Kushinagar - the place where Buddha passed into Parinirvana for overnight. Stay overnight at the hotel.

Day 5: Kushinagar - Patna
After breakfast, visit Ramabha stupa, Natha Kumarka Kot. Later drive to 2500 year old ancient city, Patna via Vaishali, where Lord Buddha preached his last sermons. Visit stupas containing ashes of Buddha and Ashok pillar erected by Emperor Ashoka. The place is also known for famous Madhubani paintings. Arrive Patna and check in at the hotel. Overnight stay at the Hotel.

Day 6: Patna - Bodhgaya
After breakfast, leave for Bodhgaya. En route visit Rajgir & Nalanda. Visit Gridhrakula, Sapataparni cave, Ajatsatru fort and Venuvana. Also, visit Nalanda, monasteries, and temples with impressive Buddhist & Hindu images. The Institute for research into Buddhism and Pali literature that houses rare manuscripts is also worth visiting for the enthusiasts. Archaeological museum is a must see for its rare collections. Arrive Bodhgaya and check in at the hotel. Overnight stay at the Hotel.

Day 7: Bodhgaya
After breakfast, enjoy rest of the day at leisure activities. You can also visit Bodhgaya, one of the holiest Buddhist pilgrimage centres, the "Bodhi" tree Satabodhi temple, Japanese and Tibetan monasteries along with Magadha university museum. Stay Overnight at Hotel.

Day 8: Bodhgaya - Varanasi (243 kms, 06-07 hrs drive)
After breakfast, leave for Varanasi. Arrive Varanasi and check in at the hotel. Rest of the day is free for individual activities. Overnight stay at the Hotel.

Day 9: Varanasi
Early morning, take a boat ride on river Ganges to see the beautiful sunrise at Ganges. After breakfast, city tour of Varanasi. In Afternoon, take an excursion to Sarnath - the place where Lord Buddha gave his first sermon. Overnight stay at the Hotel.

Day 10: Varanasi - Delhi / Mumbai
After breakfast, Check out from the Hotel. You will be transferred to the airport to board flight for Delhi / Mumbai. On arrival, drive to international airport to board flight back home.
