Corbett National Park:
Located in the foothills of the Himalayas is the magnificent Corbett National Park. Replete with variety of fauna and flora, Corbett National Park is famous for the variety of tigers, elephants and leopards. Corbett national park was established in 1936. It is the India’s first national park and the first sanctuary to come under Project Tiger. However, there is a wide variety of vegetation in Corbett National Park and the environment is congenial for the survival of several types of fauna and flora.
Tour Itinerary:
Day 1: Arrive Delhi
On arrival meet and assist at the airport and transfer to the hotel. stay overnight at Hotel.
Day 2: Delhi
After breakfast, Take a tour the historic city of old Delhi to include the magnificent Red Fort, Jama Masjid, largest mosque in Asia, both built by Shahjahan, Rajghat-memorial to Mahatma Gandhi, the "Father of the Nation". Afternoon, tour of New Delhi to include Humanyun Tomb, Qutab Minar, India Gate, Birla Mandir, Bahai Temple. Optional tours in the evening can be arranged for sound and light show at the Red Fort. or local dance show. Overnight at the Hotel.
Day 3: Delhi - Corbett (300 km - 07 hrs 30 minutes driving time approx.)
After Breakfast , Depart by surface for Corbett National Park. Upon arrival, check-in at the hotel. Evening at leisure. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 4: Corbett
Morning proceed for Jeep-Safari. Return to hotel for breakfast, Day free at leisure. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 5: Corbett
Morning proceed for Jeep-Safari. Return to hotel for breakfast, Day free at leisure. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 6: Corbett - Delhi
After breakfast, depart for Delhi by surface.
