Agra
Agra is the popular city fraught with the monumental heritage of the Great Mughals, including the magnificent Taj Mahal - one of the Seven Wonders of the World and surely the most extravagant expression of love ever created. 20,000 men laboured for over 17 years to build this memorial to Shah Jahan's beloved wife. It's a wealth of white marble and semi-precious stone - undoubtedly the highlight of the tour. Agra Fort built of red sandstone and marble, a hilltop citadel with fabulous courtyards, fountains and gates is another point of interest for travelers.
Jaipur
Nestled in an idyllic location, Jaipur is a land of its own. Given the variety of attractions, Jaipur over the years has turned to be one of the reigning tourists’ hotspots. Sightseeing involves Amber Fort, Jai Mandir, Sheesh Mahal, Sukh Niwas, Ganesh Pol and Temple of Kali. Amber Fort is a fascinating blend of Hindu and Muslim architecture. Built in the 16th century by Raja Mansingh in red sandstone and white marble, the palace complex has some very interesting apartments.
Tour Itinerary:
Day 1: Delhi
Met upon arrival at Delhi, transfer to the Hotel. Check in at the Hotel.
Afternoon take the famous sightseeing tour of Old and New Delhi. Visit places such as India gate, Lotus temple, Qutub minar, Red Fort, Jama Masjid. Return to the hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 2:Delhi - Agra
After having an early breakfast, drive down to Agra and check-in at the hotel at Agra. Go for a sightseeing tour of Agra – visit the world-renowned monument; the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 3: Agra – Jaipur
After breakfast, drive to Jaipur, en route visit city of Fatehpur Sikri. On arrival, check in at the hotel in Jaipur. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 4: Jaipur
Enjoy a full-day sightseeing of Jaipur city. Visit the Amber Fort, the old capital of rulers of Jaipur. Here one can take an elephant ride (extra cost) to the palace situated on the hill. Afternoon, visit to the city including City Palace, Jantar Mantar, Hawa Mahal, Birla Mandir and Jai Singh’s Observatory. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 5: Jaipur
After breakfast, drive to Delhi and on arrival, transfer to the airport / railway station.
