Day 1: Arrive Delhi
Welcome to Delhi- The capital city. Upon arrival at Delhi Airport,our representative will greet you and transfer you to the hotel.
Day 2: Delhi
After breakfast,After breakfast,proceed on a guided city tour of old Delhi which includes magnificent Red Fort and Jama Masjid (largest mosque in Asia) built by Mughal Emporer Shahjahan.Visit all famous monuments of Delhi such as India Gate,Humayun's Tomb,Raj Ghat and attend the evening arti at Laxmi Narayan temple(if time permitted).Enjoy a delicious dinner and drive back to hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 3: Arrive Srinagar
Morning after breakfast,proceed to the airport and board your flight to Srinagar-The capital city of Jammu and Kashmir. Upon arrival you will be transferred to the house boats. Refresh yourself and get ready for a sightseeing tour to the major attraction of Srinagar such as Mughal Gardens, Chashmi-e Shahi (The Royal Spring), Nishat (The Garden of pleasure) & Shalimar Bagh (Abode of Love) and shankaracharya Temple. Overnight stay at the houseboat or hotel.
Day 4: Sonmarg Excursion- Meadow of Gold
After a boxed breakfast, drive for a day excursion to Sonmarg, a quaint hill station situated in the foot hills of Sindh Valley. Streamed with flowers,snow clad mountains Sonmarg would offer you the spectacular views of the kashmir valley.You can opt for a pony ride or just stroll down the city on your own. In evening drive back to Srinagar and stay overnight at the houseboat/ hotel.
Day 5: Srinagar to Gulmarg
Morning proceed for a picturesque drive to Gulmarg.Situated in a pine surrounded basin of the Pir Panjal range at an altitude of 2,730 meters ,this beautiful hill station was discovered by Britishers in the 19th century. Gulmarg boasts of the one of the world’s highest green golf courses. Enjoy Gondola ride or Horse ride at Gulmarg which is optional. Overnight stay at the hotel/houseboat in Gulmarg.
Day 6: Gulmarg to Pahalgam [4 hrs drive - 150 kms]
After breakfast at the hotel,Today you will drive to Pahalgam -The valley of Shepherds. Enjoy the breathtaking views of visit Saffron fields at Pampora. Drive past by Awantipura ruins on the way. Upon arrival at Gulmarg check in at the hotel in Pahalgam for an overnight stay.
Day 7: Pahalgam
Pahalgam (Valley of Shepherds) – Pahalgam is beautiful resort set in a pristine village lying next to the Lidder River.Pahalgam is dotted with many golf courses. In afternoon take lunch at a local restaurant. Enjoy a horse ride at Pahalgam or just relax and admire the spectacular views of the valley. Overnight stay at the hotel in Pahalgam.
Day 8: Pahalgam - Srinagar
After a delicious breakfast,drive back to Srinagarand Check in to your hotel/houseboat. In Afternoon enjoy a relaxing Shikara ride on the Dal lake which is one of the most soothing & relaxing experience. Overnight stay at the hotel in Srinagar.
Day 9: Srinagar – Delhi
In Morning after breakfast you will be transferred to the Srinagar Airport. Board your flight to Delhi and take back home the unforgettable memories of this amazing trip.
