• This Cash Back offer made by Yatra Online Private Limited (“Yatra”) is available for all Retail Internet Banking account holders of ICICI Bank Limited (“ICICI Bank”) using the internet banking facility provided by ICICI Bank through its website www.icicibank.com.
• “Account” shall mean and include an account with retail internet banking facility held with ICICI Bank used for making the payment of the air ticket or hotel booking to Yatra.
• “Customer” shall mean and include an accountholder of ICICI Bank who books an air ticket or hotel booking on the website of Yatra i.e.: www.yatra.com (“Website”) and makes the payment to Yatra through the Account to avail the Cash Back offer under the Program.
• “Program” shall mean the Cash Back offer provided by Yatra to the Customer for making the payment of the air ticket or hotel booking through the Account during the Program Period.
• “Program Period” for Air booking shall mean period between March 31, 2008 to July 31, 2008 and shall be available for a limited period as may be decided by Yatra.
• “Period” for Domestic Hotel booking shall mean period between June 7, 2008 to July 31, 2008 and shall be available for a limited period as may be decided by Yatra.
• Cash Back under the Program will be available to the Customer booking of air ticket or Domestic Hotel on the Website www.yatra.com and making payment for the same through ICICI Bank Internet Banking during the Promotion Period.
• Cash Back offer under the Program shall be available on booking of return international air tickets on the base fare as per the following grid :
  a) A flat amount of Rs. 3000 – per passenger as Cash Back for travel to USA or Australia
  b) A flat amount of Rs. 2000/- per passenger as Cash Back for Travel to Europe and Africa
  c) A flat amount of Rs. 1000/- per passenger as Cash Back for travel within Asia (excluding SAARC countries i.e. Excluding Bangladesh, Bhutan, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Afghanistan)
  d) A flat amount of Rs. 500/- per passenger as Cash Back for travel within SAARC countries (i.e. Bangladesh, Bhutan, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Afghanistan)
• Customer is eligible for 15% Cash Back on the booking of domestic air ticket on the base fare only subject to the maximum Cash Back limits of Rs. 200/- per booking.
• Customer is eligible for flat Rs. 500/- Cash Back on each transaction on booking of Domestic Hotel booking on the base rate only.
• The Cash Back is not valid for such bookings where a single transaction has been split in to multiple transactions to avail the multiple Cash Back. Yatra reserves the right to reverse the Cash Back if such a case is brought or comes to its notice.
• The Cash Back amount is non-transferable and non-negotiable.
• This Cash Back offer is not applicable where the payment is being made through ICICI Bank Credit Card.
• This Cash Back offer is applicable only for Resident Indian customers.
• Cash Back shall be valid for air tickets or Domestic hotel bookings for which full payment has been made to Yatra.
• Taxes, surcharges and other statutory levies on the air tickets will be charged to the Customer as per actual amount before deducting the Cash Back.
• All Air tickets/ Domestic hotel bookings will be subject to availability at the time of booking and will be governed by the Standard Airline/ Hotel Terms & Conditions.
• The amount of Cash Back will reflect in the respective banking statement and not on the air ticket / Hotel voucher and will be paid within 30 days of transaction.
• Cash Back will not be valid on cancelled air tickets/ bookings hotel bookings or for charge back transactions. Yatra reserves the right to reverse the Cash Back in case the ticket/booking is found to be cancelled later. ICICI Bank shall not be responsible or liable for such reversal of Cash Back by Yatra.
• The Cash Back amount shall be credited back to the Account through ICICI Bank. All purchases made under the Program shall be subject to applicable cancellation/date change rules.
• The Cash Back offer is not valid for travel agents. Yatra reserves the right to reverse the Cash Back if such a case is brought or comes to its notice. The Cash Back is valid only for those bookings where the customer who making the booking is one of the passengers/ traveler named in the air ticket / hotel booking.
• Yatra reserves the right at any time without prior notice to add, alter, modify, all or any of these terms and conditions or replace, wholly or in part, this offer by any other offer, whether similar to this offer or not or to withdraw it altogether.
• Yatra and ICICI Bank is neither responsible for nor guarantees the quality or delivery of the airlines services and shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services availed of by the Customers under the Program.
• ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services offered by Yatra or Hotel or the airline service provider. Any dispute or claim regarding the goods and services must be resolved by the Customer with Yatra directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.
• The use of internet banking services of ICICI Bank is governed by the terms and conditions as specified by ICICI Bank.
• The benefits under the Program cannot be clubbed with other offers running on http://www.yatra.com. In case of any dispute or discretion, Yatra decision will be binding on the Customer.
• All other standard Terms & Conditions mentioned on the Yatra Website would continue to be applicable.
• Any disputes arising out of this Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Gurgaon.
