Responsibilities:
- Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards
- Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements
- Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses
- Supervise reconciliations for high volume transactions
- Preparing periodic MIS reports
- Prepare and analyze P&L for various Lines of Business on monthly basis
- Assist in the Company's preparation of an IPO
- Consolidation of subsidiaries, and preparation of overseas subsidiary financials as per the respective local GAAP
- Keep tab of foreign exchange movements and suggesting, executing and monitoring hedging activities
