1. What is My Bookings?
My Bookings is your Yatra account from where you can track all your domestic flight bookings. You can create and update your profile, see details of all your itineraries, print e-tickets or invoices, track Yatra Miles, and cancel domestic flight bookings.
2. How can I login?
If you are a registered user of Yatra, you can use the same email ID and password to login to My Bookings. If you have never used Yatra before, you will need to register and create a new account.
3. How do I update my profile?
Login to My Bookings and click My Profile. Your current profile is displayed. Edit the details you wish to change and click Submit. Any changes that you made will be updated.
4. How can I change my password?
Sign in to your account. From the My Bookings section, you can click on the “Change Password” link and reset your password.
5. How can I sign in to my account if I forget my password?
If you have forgotten your password, click the Password help link below the login box, follow the on-screen instructions and we'll send you an email with instructions.
6. How do I edit my account information?
Sign in to your Yatra Account. From the My Bookings section, you can click on the “My Profile” link and edit your account information.
7. Can I change my username?
The username is a unique identity and cannot be changed. For a new username, you will need to register on the website as a new member.
View Booking Details & Print e-Tickets
1. How is my flight ticket delivered to me?
e-Tickets will be delivered via email. You will also have the option of printing them through My Bookings. Paper tickets will be couriered to you. Please allow 72 hours for delivery of paper tickets.
2. How can I get a copy of my e-ticket?
Through My Bookings you can take a printout of your e-ticket at any time, as details of all your domestic flight bookings are available in a single account.
To generate an e-ticket, login in to My Bookings, a list of all your domestic flight bookings will be displayed. Click on Yatra Reference Number or the View Details link for the booking for which you require an e-ticket. Your detailed itinerary will be displayed on the page. Then, select the passengers and sectors for which you need the e-tickets and click Proceed to print. Your e-ticket would be displayed on the screen and you can take a final printout.
3. Can I change the name on my ticket?
No, you cannot change the name on your ticket.
4. Can I change my flight tickets after they are confirmed?
While most airlines allow tickets to be changed, a fee is applicable. Changes, however, depend on the airline and the class you have made your bookings on.
5. What if I am not able to see the details of my bookings?
If you cannot see the details of your bookings in your account, it means the booking is still under process. However, for any assistance you can call our 24x7 customer support team on 0987 1800 800 (From all Networks) or 1800 1800 800 (Toll Free).
6. What should I do if my payment fails while I am making a booking?
Payment failure may happen due to any reasons. If you face such a problem at any time, just call our customer care helpline. They will tell you what the problem was and if needed may ask you to confirm the reason of failure. You will then be able to proceed accordingly.
7. What are the terms and conditions that will apply to my bookings?
All transactions on Yatra.com are subject to our terms & conditions. Please review these carefully before making your booking.
1. How can I generate the invoice for my flight booking?
Through My Bookings you can take a printout of your booking invoice at any time, as details of all your domestic flight bookings are available in a single account.
To generate an invoice, login in to My Bookings, a list of all your domestic flight bookings will be displayed. Click on Yatra Reference Number or the View Details link for the booking for which you require the invoice. Your detailed itinerary will be displayed on the page. Then, select the sector for which you need the invoice and click Proceed to Print. Your invoice would be displayed on the screen and you can take a final printout.
2. What if I am not able to see the payment details of my bookings?

1. What is the Yatra Miles program?
The Yatra Miles Program (YMP) is a unique way to recognize and reward our new and regular customers with loyalty points or Yatra Miles on buying travel services with us. Each time you make a confirmed air booking at Yatra.com, you will be eligible to receive miles (points) that you would be able to use to earn discount on your future transactions at Yatra.com.
2. When can I redeem these Yatra Miles?
Once you have earned a minimum of 1000 Miles, you can redeem these for a Promotion Code that will entitle you to a discount on any other travel product purchased through Yatra. You can login to My Bookings right away to check your current Yatra Miles balance and redeem these Miles.
3. How can I check my Yatra Miles balance?
You can check your Yatra Miles balance through the My Bookings section. Your Yatra Miles account will be updated as per your latest flight bookings.
4. Does it cost anything to become a member of Yatra Miles program?
No, membership to the Yatra Miles is absolutely free. To start with, just make a domestic air booking with us and sign up as a member of this program to earn points. As you book with Yatra and earn more Miles, you will have the choice to redeem these in lieu of discount on any future bookings that you make.
5. Will I earn Yatra Miles on bookings other than airlines?
Currently, you can earn Yatra Miles only on domestic air bookings. We will soon launch this program for other travel products that include hotels, holiday packages, and car rentals.
6. How do I earn Yatra Miles?
Each time you visit the Yatra.com site and make an online air booking (domestic), you will earn Miles. Our program also allows you to earn miles on bookings that you do for others from your ID.
7. Do I earn Yatra Miles if I am using a promotion discount while making the booking?
You will not earn any Yatra Miles if you use a promotion or discount code while booking a ticket. Yatra Miles are applicable only when the full fare is paid by you.
8. How can I redeem the Yatra Miles earned?
To redeem Yatra Miles, start by logging in to My Bookings and select the Redeem Miles option. From the Redeem Miles page, select the number of Miles that you want to redeem. Please note, Miles can only be redeemed in multiples of 500, e.g.: 500, 1000, 2000, etc. Based on the number of Miles redeemed, a Promotion Code will be emailed to you. You can use this Promotion Code while booking any product on Yatra.com. Just remember, this Promotion Code will be valid only for the next three months.
9. How will I get the Promotion Code?
Every time a request for redeeming Yatra Miles is submitted successfully, the Promotion Code that is generated will be emailed to your email address. This email address will be the one that you use to make booking on Yatra and to login to My Bookings.
10. Is there a maximum number of Miles that can be redeemed at one time?
Yes, you can redeem no more than 8000 Miles at once.
11. Is there an expiry date on the Miles I earn?
All Yatra Miles earned are valid for 365 days from the date on which those were earned. However, as the redemption process starts on December 9th, 2008, all Yatra Miles earned before this date will be valid till December 8th, 2009.
12. What is the conversion formula used when I redeem Miles for Promotion Codes?
Yatra Miles are redeemed as per the following formula1:
100 Yatra Miles = 16 Rupees
That is, any time you redeem 500 miles, you will get a Promotion Code worth Rs 80.
13. What are the products on which I can use a Yatra Miles-generated Promotion Code?
A Yatra Miles-generated Promotion Code can be used to avail a discount on any product on Yatra.com: domestic and international flights, hotels and holidays. However, the discount will be applicable only the basic fare/tariff and not on taxes.
14. What happens if the value of my Promotion Code is more than the base fare?
In case you use a Promotion Code to avail discount on a product for which the base fare is less than the value of the Promotion Code, then the difference in these two values will be forfeited. For example, if your Promotion Code is for Rs 500 but the base fare is only Rs 200, then the difference of Rs 300 will be lost. You will not be able to re-use the Promotion Code. So, while booking a product you find that the base fare is lower than the Promotion Code, then we would advise you to conserve the code and use it another time.
15. Is there anything else that I need to keep in mind while redeeming Yatra Miles?
As you can see, the process for redeeming Yatra Miles is as simple as earning them! Just remember that any Miles redeemed for a Promotion Code cannot be reversed. Also, if you have redeemed Miles for a Promotion Code and then used that code to avail a discount, the Miles will not be reverted if you cancel the booking.
1. How can I cancel a flight booking online?
Online cancellation of domestic flight bookings is easy. Start by logging in to the My Bookings section. Click the Yatra Reference No. or the Flight Details link for the booking you want to cancel. From the Flight Details screen, click the Cancel Flight tab. Next, select the passenger/sector for which you want to cancel the ticket and click the Proceed to Review button. Review and verify the cancellation details and click the Cancel Flight button to confirm. Your flight cancellation status will be updated within 12 hours
2. Why should I use the online cancellation service?
The online cancellation service has been introduced for the first time in India. Now, in just five easy steps you can cancel any domestic booking, at any time. In fact, at Rs. 150, online cancellation even costs less than the standard offline cancellation.
3. Can I cancel bookings made with any airline?
Right now, all domestic flight bookings except Paramount can be cancelled online. To cancel a booking made with Paramount, please call at Yatra Customer Care.
4. Can I cancel any booking at anytime?
Online flight cancellation is available 24x7. However, you will be able to cancel the tickets online only up to 24 hours before the flight’s scheduled departure.
5. What is the charge for online cancellation?
For all domestic bookings cancelled online, standard cancellation charges as applicable by the airline shall apply. In addition, Yatra cancellation fees of Rs. 150/- per booking shall also apply.
6. What is the charge for offline cancellation?
For all domestic bookings cancelled offline, standard cancellation charges as applicable by the airline shall apply. In addition, Yatra cancellation fees of Rs. 300/- per booking shall also apply.
7. Can I cancel a booking offline, by calling Yatra Customer Care?
Yes, you can cancel any flight booking by calling our Customer Care Team. However, for all offline cancellation a standard charge of Rs. 300, over and above the airline’s own cancellation charge will apply.
8. When I cancel a booking, what happens to the Yatra Miles I had earned on the booking?
Whenever a flight booking is cancelled, any Yatra Miles earned on it are debited from the customer’s account. Your Yatra Miles balance is credited only with the miles earned for completed journeys.
9. I had made two bookings. Can I cancel only one?
The online cancellation facility is available for full and partial cancellation. You can cancel only one part of a booking, such as one part of the itinerary or the ticket of just one passenger. Just make the relevant selection during the cancellation process.
10. I made a booking through Yatra, but then got the airline to change it. Can I cancel that booking online?
If at any time you amended or changed your booking directly through the airline, then online cancellation will not be possible. You will have to contact either our Customer Care Team or the concerned airline for cancelling that booking.
11. How will I know that my booking has been cancelled successfully?
Once your booking has been cancelled successfully, the status in My Bookings will change to ‘Cancelled’. Normally, the cancellation process is completed within 12 hours.
12. What does 'Cancellation in process' mean?
Some flight cancellations may take a little longer to process due to technical reasons. At such times we show you the ‘Cancellation in process’ message. But, rest assured, your request has been received and the booking will be cancelled. You can check back within 12 hours.
13. After making a cancellation request, how soon should I check back for confirmation?
After submitting a flight cancellation request, please allow up to 12 hours for the cancellation status to be updated.
14. I had an e-ticket. How soon can I expect the refund?
Refund for e-tickets will be credited back to your account/credit card within 15 – 20 working days.
15. I had a paper ticket. How will I get the refund?
While we can cancel all flight bookings online, including those for which paper tickets were issued, we do need the actual paper tickets to refund the payment to you.
