The total sheltered area of the sanctuary is 16740 hectares. Leopard, Himalayan yellow throated Marten, Flying Fox, Goral, Musk Deer, Indian Hare, Barking Deer, Stripped Hyena, Brown Bear, Himalayan Black Bear, Himalayan Ibex, Serow, Himalayan Palm Civet, Blue Sheep, and Himalayan Weasel are the animals found therein.
