      Why the flight is always late however it is used to be on time earlier. Compensatory gifts should be provided in case of long delays.

      most important thing is the flt must be on time. It is even more imortant in the late night flt. the 11.35pm flt eas delayed by 1 hour

      The ground staff of Go Air misplaced my ticket and kept arguing saying the same was returned after giving the boarding pass. Finally after a big debate he arranged for the same from the Indigo counter on which I was booked on the return flight.Apparently he wrongly gave it to some other passenger who went away with my ticket.

      Inform passengers about the delay. 10- 15 min delay is acceptable, but 50 min delay without any information is frustrating. I felt the passengers were taken for granted. :(

      Should improve on cleanliness. Seat Pockets are seen torn and hanging. Magazines were not found in seat pockets. I felt like demo was given only because it is being insisted by BCAS and not for passengers to understand - it was so fast even to follow ( I had seen a first time flyer struggling to buckle seat belt). The interest shown by cabin crew in selling the merchandise was not seen is sale of refreshments.

      I was delighted to hear the cooperation extended by the ground staff. My wife ,61yrs, travelling alone for the first time and was having hand baggage. As soon she entered the airport the alert ground staff at Sanganer Airport rushed towards for help till putting her hand baggage in aircraft without even asking for the same. Very good change. Our airline have become sensitive. Will suggest if they can give some tolerance in baggage that is instead of 15 kg allowed to some 23kg( 50%higher) for Senior citizens as they donot allow any concessions as in Railways and Buses. Over all absolutely delighted.

      Very rude staff member at the checkin counter despite the fact the travelers were with infant and sr citizen, such a careless and non concerning attitude with comments i cant help your problem when requested to accommodate a luggage piece. Am surprised such people are kept by goair. Secondly The flight landed people were tucked in the bus but waited waited till the deplaning happened from previous sector right in front of yhem in the bus woth slmost no ac. This was my second bad experience with goair after 3rd may and will now ever use goair such a pathetich airline and rude staff

      During web chen in avaialable seat was only middle one even before 23.5hrs before schedule departure of flight. I was with my wife so anable to web check in. There was less passengers then why this type of indication I found. This way web check in is dis couraged.

      Indigo is the best if time come's in place, There was no leg room, delay in flight as i was watching people coming in uptill 10.46 pm as flight timing was 10.30 pm... so big NO to GoAir from next times and will never ever recommend to my family and friends...
