If you have a seat preference, then you can go for web check-in. You can do IndiGo web check-in
by logging in to its official website. All you require is your PNR Number and name. It is preferable to web check-in if you don’t have check-in luggage.
The IndiGo baggage allowance is 20 to 30 kg on international flights, while for domestic it is 15 kg. As far as hand baggage is concerned, you can carry up to seven kg of luggage, both on domestic and international flights.

Passengers can get attractive offers on their IndiGo flight tickets. There are discounts and offers available on selective air tickets.
Students above the age of 12 and senior citizens above the age of 60 get eight percent discount on the base fare along with 25 kg of baggage allowance. These discounts are offered only on domestic flights.
Serving or retired Armed Forces personnel can also avail the same offer but a relevant military ID must be provided at check-in.
The airline also offers family discounts if a booking is made for 4 to 9 passengers on the same PNR. You can also avail discounts from travel websites like Yatra. The official Yatra website offers Rs. 1,000 SuperCash, or concessions on flights.
Indian domestic passengers travelling within India can purchase Domestic TravInsure, while booking their flights on www.goindigo.in. Foreign passengers can purchase Domestic TravInsure if they have a work permit in India and are travelling within India. The TravInsure covers accidental death, baggage loss, flight delay, and trip interruption and cancellation.
In case of delay or cancellation of the connecting flight, the passenger shall have the right to choose a refund. However, if the passenger wants to cancel a flight on domestic routes then as per the cancellation policy, the money will be deducted from the paid amount.
IndiGo operates flights to roughly around seven international cites. Some of the international routes are Kathmandu, Singapore, Dubai, Bangkok and Muscat. While some are non-stop flights, others are connecting flights.
