Check-in counter guy was very irresponsible. Despite seats being empty he gave me a middle seat near emergency exit. While he was doing my check in process he completely ignored me and was in conversation with the passenger standing behind me. I can say I was I was not attended properly and ignored. Next time I will not pay such exerbitant price to travel by this airline which so bad in terms of customer service Also the boarding process was quite humiliating. They made all the passengers stand in queues and then let one by one enter. It was giving a feeling that the passengers were waiting for some charity. Also the people at the boarding counter were very tough. The treatment to economy class passengers was really bad. No attention at all. All attention to higher class passengers. Very bad experience. Very bad Airline.
