Air India is always late. Male Cabin Crew are uncouth and lack etiquettes and speak wrong, poor and accented English which sounds funny. They need to be properly groomed and trained.

Time of flight should not be changed.As connecting journeys are affected for passengers. I am lucky to have connecting train at 0415 hrs. I don't know about others. Remember at time of booking arrival at Delhi airport was 00.05 hrs. All walked a lot to the exit inside Delhi airport from the stoppage area to belt no.3,. Nearly 1 To 1.5 km at night 2.00 hrs. Try to avoid the above to the maximum extent.

The staff was pathetic and my baggage got damaged because of mishandling the same. No courtesy or no one bothers about the customer. Only thing they care about is the bad attitude. Attached is the picture of my bacpack with the top compartment torn badly since the person who did loading - unloading pulled the baggage roughly and it got spoiled.

The booking counter of air asia were asking for additional amount to change to front row. This should not happen and should only be offered when customer ask for himself.

They flight got delayed then got rerouted to Jaipur. There should have been some compensation for loss of time. it took an entire day and night to reach Delhi when it should have been just 2 hours.

Dear All,
want to share my fabulous experience since it was my first travel with Spice jet & the standard of service has ensured that i should come back soon to you.
had boarded flight from Goa to New Delhi. first of all, full marks to the cleaning staff, the cabin was sparkling clean.
but the highlight of the show was the commendable service approach by two of the hostesses in the cabin, ROBIN & PRIYANKA.
They both were running to ensure that the flight departs on time, since it was looking that it might get bit delayed.
with a beautiful smile, both were attending the full cabin, at least two big family groups who looked very demanding, but both these girls were very helpful during the entire flight.
from showing the instructions, serving the food, selling the additional items, collecting money and in the last cleaning the trash, i never saw the smile missing from both.
sitting in the middle of cabin with family, I was quite impressed with the hospitality of the staff there.
where in most of the service industry is falling short of committed associates, Spice jet is pretty lucky to have these kind of people on board.
